Nak tambah.. i dengan husband, dulu2 masa involve with bursa pun... kitorg beli bluechips je.. petchem ipo, MAS, maxis, digi, bumi armada..
Masa insiden letupan pengerang, i terus letgo my bluechips... just right before dia merudum lebih teruk menyamai rega IPO jerhhhh
Tambah dgn political instability post 2018, i dah stop bursa... then i move to unit trust.. i manage sendiri je pakai public mutual online... lepas i dpt gain kat situ... i only maintain all low risk investment sahaja... maximize ASB1, ASB2, ASB3, AHB, Koperasi... retirement funds under maybank... now i tambah lagi maybank funds... ada a few yang i rasa bagus like maybank technology and sustainable funds, maybank asia mixed fund (AI + FM) and small play wahed invest in moderate agressive portfolio |

If possible.. jangan la terpengaruh dengan hebahan property guru... like it or not dunia investment property dah terlepas boat...
The best time beli residential property is 2007 - 2014...
the best time to sell off residential property is 2016-2020...
Lain dari timing ni.. dah ada value erosion in your margin... why? Because of the government policy changed... nnti lah i komen... hehehehe... nak keluar isi minyak kete... |

Eemm cmtu i kena tgu few years lagi la .. life begin at 40s .. moga semuanya baik2 saja.. nnt i da 40 husband i blm lagi.. muda dr i lagila ntah apa2 ujian mendatang bila dia da 40an..
dl i jenis plan semua benda.. bila i frust bcinta x jadi kahwin i mula redah je.. tapi skrg i rasa i kena plan semula |

Dedulu I mmg aktif kt bursa saham tp now no more...im too busy with work then i stop fikir psl investment....property is sthg tht i never consider, x minat. At the moment I cuma invest in ASNB punye funds saja. Then kumpul emas. Unit trust pun I baru jual semua unit last month....no more unit trust.... so now I tgh mencari2 another peluang investment sbb after I take a break for few months, I mcm dh hilang minat nk keje. But to retire too early for me....and I xde passive income yg really stable utk I retire secara comfort. Then kena la keje jgk hehehe |

Like it or not selagi bernyawa mmg sentiasa kena plan over & over again. But thts life. Kalau x nanti life stagnant, pun boring jgk. In my case, Im single so semua plan is all abt me and me...hehehe. |

i never tried solo travelling... jom laa kita travel sama2 acik2 kertu forum.. simple2 light travel.. i tak gendong bag (backpacking), tp i bawak beg tarik yang kecik (cabin size je).. hahaha.. nak jaga badan, takut injury due to ergonomics...
i had bad experience duduk guesthouse dekat south korea... masa tu i travel beramai dengan all girls 8 orang.. masa kat guesthouse tu, ada mat2 salleh from US duduk kat ground floor, kitorang duduk tingkat 3.. i kena stalk and kacau dengan 2 of the guys duduk situ... they literally kacau2 i ajak keluar and bila kitorang dah abes jenjalan and sampai bilik... they even pesan dekat kawan2 diorang kalo ternampak kelibat i, sila panggil diorang.. gila punya orang... mujur i ada geng berlapan.. kalo tak, mau menangis dah tukar tempat tinggal.. pernah i kena sekat dekat isle antara bilik tu, dia tanya i duduk bilik mana... then ada 2 orang kawan i nampak... i tak suka lah orang US, terlalu berani approach orang...

Lets plan, after international bukak kite pegi. Im not a light traveller, I akan tetap angkut luggage tp now maybe shd try bwk backpack je. Last I travel is on Jan 2020 sblm covid. Now dh nk masuk 2 thn mereput |

takpe lah, i believe you should be focusing on your ASNB funds, buat compounding selagi u ada motivasi utk kerja ni... honestly i sendiri pun dah takde nak get into risky investments... sbb i do treasure my own sweat and tears utk build balik financial and hidup lepas terciduk in 2017.. my appetite now dah more towards low risk dah... malas dah main residential properties... |

Selama I solo travelling alhamdulillah x penah lg ada bad experience, selalu nye mmg manis2 je, along the way mesti I akan dpt kwn baru then the friendship tu kekal sampai skrg. Actually the beauty of being solo traveller, opportunity jumpa kwn2 baru tu wide open. |

i teringin nak gi xian.. terracotta army... i tak pernah jejak china... everytime my laki pergi for negotiation kat sana, i just say babaiiii, tak hingin nak ikut... hahahhaha,... but xian is beautiful.. i sanggup jejak

I dh 2 kali pegi China, both g Beijing for business trip tp tetap x suka hahahaha. Tp xian menarik, jom pegi time winter bcoz I love winter season. |
