Wahhh kisah lama ni.... but i am glad cepat2 buat decision shut off resort, tutup letrik awal PKP dulu...

Staff resort kitorang deploy sebahagian tu ke F&B... mujur ada kedai & kilang proses keropok...

Now resort dah operate full swing balik... ada admin staff, landscaping, security, housekeeping..

Kedai & kilang keropok staff plak kita dah expand.. dah tambah additional 2 cafes... satu ada pastries & coffee, satu seafood celup tepung and coffeeshop...

My smart farming program alhamdulillah dah expand to few others plantations... MOU dah signed overseas (witnessed by minister, trade commissioner and ambassadors) ada masuk berita Bernama...

Pakai instrument utk soil condition, pests report, weather advisory, fertilizers / composting schedule, irrigation.. semua dlm apps je... also known as precision farming..

Benda2 mcm ni penting utk catch market penetration especially kat EU countries.. sbb diorang nak sustainability and traceability

I and family i mmg terpaksa diversify our business.. sbb covid mco 2 tahun betul2 test our survival...

I, my brother and my husband terpaksa maintain makan gaji utk ensure director's financial report cantik... sbb nak apply grant, business loan semua record directors kena cantik.... Pastu, kitorang mmg berkorban dgn duit makan gaji weols tu utk tampung operating expenditure (capital injection)...

Mmg busy dan penat.. now most of the companies dah ada cashflow yang cantekkkkkkkkk.... dan dah dapat automate sendiri (bagi staf2 je jaga daily operation)... skang ni in the midst of preparing business plan and documentation utk grants lah...

Now alhamdulillah i dapat amek unpaid leave utk focus survival and family business... harap berbaloi and smooth sailing lah...

U kalo nak berjaya business, u takleh wat sorang... u kena ada partners.. kena crack your heads together.. i selalu sgt2 buntu.. and bila nak buat some decisions tu... always bincang dalam group la... jgn memandai sendiri.. sbb banyak angle kita selalu terlepas pandang...

Bila kita bincang bersama ni secara tak langsung we motivate each other

I see...u must have a solid capital and strong support systems. Jgn lupa share all ur knowledge whenever free.

As for me yeap i takde partners or team. Thats why ia tak grow bigger. But kadang tgk jugak personality a person tu and the aims.

I like money but i dont like headaches..so yeah so i rugi kat situ. Somehow if ada rezeki i hope i can expand further. Now i dunno potential ke tak we are thinking of argan oil, and accessories from morocco. We have friends working there so see how...usually i avoid taking risks...but yeah...u akan static if tak take risk...hopefully i am daring enough like u or some people yg boleh terussss kaya. But alhamdulillah GT...congrats!!!

SEronok tengok orang pandai berbisnes. I ni satu hapa pun tak jalan..Tak ada will yang kuat, maybe lack in knowlege. Dah tau tapi tak buat apa2 lagi setakat ni. Mat jenin..
