Salam semua.

Usually and kadang kadang akan ada isu Urinary incontinence, sebab tu senaman kegel ni sangat membantu..especially dalam frasa postnatal.

Otot lantai pelvik :

Otot lantai pelvik letak nya di antara tulang coccyx dan tulang pubik, ia memberi sokongan kepada organ organ visera seperti ; pundi kencing, usus, dan rahim. Otot lantai pelvik juga berfungsi untuk membantu otot saluran keluar faraj dan dubur agar tiada bocor.

Proses kelahiran vaginal atau instrumental boleh melemahkan otot lantai pelvik dan menyebabkan masalah prolaps rahim dan incontinence akibat dari regangan dan kecederaan yang dialami.

Senaman lantai pelvik yang juga dikenali sebagai senaman Kegel, boleh meningkatkan tonus otot dan membantu mengembalikan fungsi otot lantai pelvik. Ini akan memberi manfaat kepada wanita yang mengalami masalah stress urinary incontinence

Dinasihatkan, selepas 6minggu bersalin bolehla mencuba senaman kegel ni. Hey!! bukan wanita je. Lelaki pun ada masalah urinary incontinence ni. Kencing x lawas dan kencing yang kerap setiap malam.

Boleh la cuba ya.

sila kemut selalu? lain macam

kita pakai rebusan sireh..
pastu rebusan nenas batu utk minum..
yg nenas batu tu xda la selalu. sebulan sekali je.

walapon xda kaitan dgn kegel, tapi ada la jugak bab jaga bahagian intim tu kan.
huhu ot sat.

Yg 2nd senaman tu called bridging kan. Ni one of the exercises utk strengthen ur back muscle & hamstrings. One of the exercises i need to do for my back pain
