tak payah risau la, kalo surat sampai buat xtau je. Igt murah ke nk upah lawyer semata2 nk saman u, xberbaloi company tu nk byr lawyer.

So far, CTOS hanya blacklist org yg berhutang shj, bab2 psl keje ni manade CTOS nk blacklist..pandai betul company tu nk takut2kan u suruh byr 10k tu.

Setakat blacklist utk company tu n syarikat2 yg berkaitan dgn dia je dik, so don't worry too much.

Better cari keje lain n xpyh angkat kalo number yg suspicious okey. Move on, kesian u dpt pengalaman yg xbest utk yg baru nk ada experience keje.

lainkali kalo nk cari keje better cari yg 'berhad' normally company ni dh establish n xkn hadapi contract2 yg mengarut mcm tu

kalau ikut logic aku, sebenarnya ofis kau tu mmg nak takut2 kan kau je..
surat lawyer tu dalam 300 je (let say kau pulang gaji kau, ntah ntah dorang guna duit tu utk byr lawyer buat surat tu)..
pastu nak filing kes semua costly.. kalau ikut logic aku menyusahkan je.. cuma aku tak tahu la tahap ofis kau mcm mana..

ofis lama aku pun toxic nak mampus.. selalu ugut2 staff nak bg surat lawyer (dorang mmg law firm pun)
tp last2 ramai berambus je, dorang tak buat apa pun, selagi kite kat situ selagi tu la dorang ugut..
dorang bukan rugi apa pun kau benti.. carik la pekerja lain..
org selalu "ikat" staff bila staff tu expertise ke apa, contoh ada projek monorel, company tu hire kau 10 tahun utk projek tu sbbk au engineer paling bijak.. so logic la bila kau berambus projek tu ada masalah ke apa.. dan gaji yg selalu dorang offer tu tinggi, tp contract la kan 10 tahun je..

ni company kau, gaji kecik, pastu staff biasa pastu nak contract 3 tahun.. nmpk sgt at first place dorang tu bermasalah.. takut staff lari..
ofis lama akuu suruh staff sign contract masa hari gaji, siapa tak sign tak dapat gaji.. sial tak sial la kan.. pastu semua tak sign haha malu sendirik..

ala klau surat lawyer sampai, ko jgn sign plak..selagi ko x sign surat lawyer tu sendiri, xde apa2 rasanya..buat mcm kwn i..dia dpt gaji, terus resign tanpa bg notis mcm tu..blah je..sampaikan company tu antar surat lawyer byk2 kali..dia ckp every time surat lawyer sampai, dia x sign pon nk accept..rasanya last2 ignore mcm tu je..company pon xblh buat apa2..sebab bukan dia yg accept

Staff office lama aku company blaclist dlaam CTOS.
Dia sedar sebab nak buat loan tak lepas.
Taktau apa jadi dgn staff tu sekarang. Nama dah clear kr macam mana.

pergi pejabat buruh report kt diorg apa masalah ko kt company tu... tu pun kalo masalah kau valid n very strong la... lepastu kalo pejabat buruh bg green light utk proceed dgan report ko pulak pegi ugut balik company ko

setahu aku la kalau nama dh listed dalam CTOS. slalunye hiring company lain sebelum hire HR akan check kite ad listed dalam CTOS ke tk. kalau listed rekod buruk company tkkn amik risiko nk hire. sbb dlu ad staff yang berhenti hilang gitu je call x angkat whatsapp x balas. projek tinggal terbengkalai tak handover, makanya HR report letak dlm CTOS list.

Perjanjian berat sebelah pun tak boleh menang kalau nak saman.. kontrak sampai 3thn.. tp kawan aku berehenti tanpa notis, memang company tuntut bayaran 2 bulan gaji tu ade lah.. memang dtg surat lawyer tp member settle luar mahkamah.. bayar bulan2 kat company.. kawan tu memang bergaji besarlah kat compny tu n staf welfare kat company terjaga.. tp tak boleh la pajak manusia sampai 3thn.. pastu penalty berlebihan dari gaji.. policy kene match jugak dengan dgn akta buruh malaysia
