thank you, for sharing this information, such helpful. No doubt tracking is the best way to satisfy yourself where we stand, that's why I have a tracking method in which you can track your delivery box, and get to know where is your delivery stands.

There are so many strategies and tons of factors that are helpful in monitoring your Adwords campaign . Most of the factors and indicators are dependent on the type of Country & population you are targeting . What is your product /service and what is your aim of achieving via Adwords . The aim of using Adwords may vary from Branding to spread awareness to get leads or to get registered users or to make purchases onto your website.

Despite all these dependent factors there is one quick trick that helps in monitoring your campaign and will give you a head start in performing some strategically advanced actions to improve your campaigns.

The best and quickest way to monitor your Adwords is through calculating ERS ( Effective Revenue Share)

The basic formula to calculate ERS -

ERS = cost/revenue *100 . Here you can replace revenue with the following :

# All conversion Value or

#(CPA X conversions)

# you can assign a value to your achieved target and use its value . Like assign a value to each registration happened or assigning value to every CTA downloaded etc depends on your requirement.

It works best in monitoring all kinds of campaigns. Define a maximum ERS your campaign can afford say for eg its 25% and keep on monitoring this. The day it moves over 25% be ready to take stupendous action on the campaign .

This column is not available in adwords though, but you can always add it into the platform via ‘Customized Column” addition.

This will definitely help you in giving a quick alert about sudden offtrack movement of the campaign and will work like a Traffic light on a busy road . But besides this, a regular account maintenance is always and compulsorily preferred. Regular bid management , Addition of negatives and removal of waste KWs is always a requirement for a healthy campaign.
