tak boleh, sebab akan naik balik
jika BP jadi too low dgn memakan ubat, ha boleh la check or do trial and error; ie cuba stop few weeks dan buat 24hr ABPM dan jika tetap normal barulah boleh stop. in general, no.

Doc saya salu check 110/70...perfect  takmo beli dah....apa guna ada doc...

Siang biasanya sy tido 12.30 pm dan bangun pukul 1 pm..

oh dapat 30mins tu at noon tu sgt elok
sy try jugak baring2 kat surau ni tapi kekadang ada la muslim docs lain dtg, tgk kita terus dia borak bok bek bokbek

my average BP bila on medication ni 120-130/80-90..
but trust me.. nak menten BP ni mmg kena betul² jaga makan and ubah lifestyle...
tido mesti cukup.. briskwalk daily kalau boleh..kalau tak boleh pun at least 3 kali semggu..and jaga diet...

Aku dulu pernah dpt 140/90, pi check kat kk putrajaya, mo ka dr lelaki lembut situ mcm sial, boleh ckp xde apa pun..mcm biasa ja, dia kata dia lg stress. Aku nak tny dr la, apa yg hangpa stress sgt? Org klau mati hangpa kena bg hidup blk ka? Atau klau org tu demam hari ni, pukul 8mlm hangpa kena bg dia sihat balik ka? Klau x hangpa kena pecat ka? Last sekali aku aku panic attack shortage of breath muscle spasm pe semua belah kiri dr kepala ke kaki, lembik terus berckp pun xkeluar butir, bernafas pun xleh..mcm nak strok, nsb sempat call org bwk pi emergency hospital terus, jln pun pkai kusi roda ja..mmg sial dr ka mo kk putrajaya tu..tp nurse dia baik..dia checkkan tgk bp tu terus bg queue awal, xde bagi tunggu lama2..sbb nurse takut lagi stress n high hp...

Iya, kene keep doing semua tu. Kurangkan salt, reducekan weight etc.

140/90 tak normal lah. Ha ha Dr tu cakap dia stressed ye. Sepatutnya, jika Dr tu stressed, dia keep to himself saja lah. Tidak perlu pesakit2 ketahui.

alah buat lah ''Cheat Days''
pilih 1 or 2 days in 1 week di mana awak makan apa awak nak
weekend is a very good choice
di hari lain, kita jaga lah
ini penting sebagai ''release valve''.. release tension kata omputeh
jika ada ini, maka kita akan dapat practicekan tips tadi in our daily life
manusia la katakan, bukan robot
