Nak tanya sambil borak2. Uolls dah beli rumah atau masih menyewa...

Kalau ada duit lebih belilah tt. Skg sewa pon mahal. Tengok juga tt nak rmh macam mana utk 1st house ni? Rumah mampu milik ke rumah idaman?

Kalau mampu milik insyaallah bole beli... Kena rajin cari. Kalau rmh idaman sy pon tak mampu lagi. Buat masa ni sy duduk rmh mampu milik jek. Hoho

sewa untuk membeli cadangan kaka.  kumpul dulu cash, repair payslip lepas tu failkan bawa ke bank check kelayakan baru shopping rumah.

contoh rumah RM 350 000:
> loan bank RM 1900/month
> gaji atleast RM 3800
>  Deposit 10%
> legal fees atleast 5%

ada je loan 100% sekarang rhb , dan tak semua bank ada loan 100%.

kenapa sewa dulu? sebab sewa murah daripada loan bank, masa mnyewa kumpul duit untuk membeli.  beli bila mampu. kenapa beli bila mampu? sebab bila kena buang kerja? atau terdesak kecemasan loan bank rumah mampu dibayar.

bagi diri bernafas untuk membeli rumah. insya allah ada jalan .

Mestilah nak beli, tapi kena realistic zaman sekarang ni. No more rumah idaman, kena set dlm mind beli rumah ikut kemampuan. Tak nak terbeban dgn hutang di zaman ekonomi tak menentu ni.

bagi yg kurang mampu nk beli umah baru, cari umah 2nd pun takpe...tapi kena la rajin mencari, aku tengok ada je org nk jual umah kat sebelah2 taman umah aku, biarla umah terpakai asalkan ada umah sendiri, nti ada duit sok reno la...

Ok sgt tp renyah sikit... nikmat rumah bungalow xsama dgn rumah kongsi(teres, semid, kondo, soho,studio)..

privacy jiran xganggu.kaka pun akan buat bungalow. Kecil pun xpe.

Jgn beli tanah geran kongsi nanti kena tipu xboleh buat rumah. Rugi je. Beli tanah geran nama sendiri xpe. Hati2 jgn sampai kena tipu. Xfaham boleh tanya dalam forum, lawyer, atau agent..

boleh tapi kena involved byk cash, bank tak finance beli tanah, so kena pakai cash-mana nak cari cash?pandai2la..lepas beli tanah, nk buat rumah pula, pun sama juga kena guna cash, biasanya kontarktor minta 50% dulu sebelum start projek..
ofismate aku beli tanah kat area kundang sg buloh, 80K, dia byr 4 kali tak silap aku dekat 2 taun baru setle, skang tgh tanam beam (tapak umah), buat beam tu je dah habis 20K, belum naik tiang lagi....telan air liur aku dengar

lokasi tanah sgt ok, kalau la sy ada cash pun nk beli juga..
tapi hati2 ye, ada juga terkena tipu dgn penjual tanah area situ
nasihat sy sebelum beli rujuk dgn pejabat tanah dulu
