Nak kurus, payahnya rasa! Mungkin itu yang dikatakan oleh ramai.


Lebih-lebih jika pemakanan berkhasiat seperti epal hijau yang sering disarankan. Aduh, bosannya epal hijau! Sudahlah rasa pun masam.


Sihat tu memang sihat, tapi bagaimana nak pujuk diri supaya makan epal hijau dan juga merah dengan konsisten setiap hari?

Bahan - bahan


Epal hijau sebiji
Epal merah sebiji
Peanut butter kosong
Susu low fat


Cara-cara


1. Epal hijau/merah hiris seperti dalam gambar.


2. Kemudian susu dikisar sekali dengan peanut butter.


3. Sudah siap, curah atas epal yang dihiris itu tadi.


4. Nak lebih yummy lagi, tabur kismis.


5. Elok dimakan setiap hari, waktu pagi dan petang.

Peanut butter 1sudu baru berapa puluh kalori sis. Kalori tak banyak. Ambil yg free sugar.

Peanut butter sumber protein yang bagus sebenarnya. Ambik yang no sugar tu. Ada few brand yang jual.I pon belajar dari ig fitness coach. Macam nana al haleq dia guna brand Pic's.
