Bontot Ayam, Bahan Rahsia Nasi Ayam

Kalau korang pernah beli ayam, mesti pilih breast saja la, wings saja la, drumstick saja la. Kaki, bontot ayam semua tu dipandang jijik. Tapi.. rupa-rupanya bontot ayam & kaki ayam sebenarnya diguna meluas dalam menu kegemaran ramai. Nasi ayam contohnya, untuk buat broth bagi memasak nasi ayam yang kekuningan tu, bontot ayam sengaja dibeli sebab bontot ayam ada banyak lemak. Tentulah dah dibasuh bersih, tapi tu lah hakikat rahsia nasi ayam yang nampak 'mewah' kekuningan dan berlemak berselera dan sedap digemari ramai.



1. Ambil lemak ayam dari bontot ayam banyak-banyak.
2. Letak dalam periuk nasi, tutup penutup. On.
3. Biar lemak ayam mencair, baki yang tak cair ambil buang.
4. Masukkan bawang, halia yang ditumbuk halus, daun salam (bay leaf)/ atau daun pandan, dan kiub pati ayam.
5. Masukkan beras yang telah direndam dalam air larutan satu sudu kecil serbuk kunyit.
6. Tutup penutup. On periuk sampai masak.

Dulu2 dlm rancangan memasak, chef mail pun ada bgtau, nk nasik ayam sedap, cairkan lemak2 ayam n tumis bahan penumis guna minyak tu. Caranya goreng skali lemak ayam dlm sikit minyak masak dulu..
Ya ampun sekali ajelah aku try cara mcm tu lemak2 ayam tu abis bergentel2.. 1 hal pulak nk kutip buang..elok2 boleh cepat masak udah mkn masa pulak..

Kalau lemak ayam mmg bergentel gentel
Selalu guna kulit kulit ayam je...

Kalau dekat sup untuk nasi ayam tu letak kaki ayam byk byk ngan bontot leher tp kena pandai adjust jgk klu x habis berminyak ada jgk gentel gentel timbul...

Haiiii.. Gentel oh gentel.

Skali bila start tumis habis smua bergentel2.. Tobatt dah x try lg..

Fel sangat memahami keadaan dikala mengutip lelemak itu dh la dgn melekat lekitnye xtau la kalau salah teknik ke apekebende gigih la mengutip sambil dalam hati fel ni mengherdik herdik si chef semail.

Guna kulit sedang elok je kejadiannye...

Tang sup tu plak cume tggal kutip leher jinjang ayam kaki cakaran ayam dgn tongkeng ayam je guna sauk yg buat tos minyak gorengan tu.
Sekali dua sauk seteellll.
