GARA-gara miang menghantar gambar swafotonya (selfie) dalam keadaan separuh bogel kepada salah seorang pelajarnya, seorang guru dari Connecticut, Amerika Syarikat telah dijatuhi hukuman penjara selama tiga tahun, baru-baru ini.
Allison Marchese, 39, dipercayai menghantar gambar dan teks lucah kepada pelajarnya yang berusia 14 tahun sebelum perbuatannya itu dilaporkan ke pihak pengurusan sekolah.
Sementara itu, dalam hujah pembelaannya, Allison yang sudah berkahwin dan mempunyai suami yang bekerja di sekolah yang sama menjelaskan gambar selfie yang diambilnya itu sebenarnya adalah untuk suaminya sebelum tersalah hantar kepada pelajar berkenaan.
Susulan jenayah seksual itu, Allison telah digantung perkhidmatan sejak Januari lalu.

A high school teacher has been jailed after sending racy photos and text messages to two teenage students and performing oral sex on one of them in a classroom, it has been reported.
English teacher Allison Marchese, 39, sent flirtations and sexual hints through social media as well as a selfie of herself "dressed in only thong style underwear with her breast covered and her midriff exposed", court records said.
One message said that Marchese "would do anything (the pupil) told her to do as long as he was going to talk to her", an arrest warrant affidavit said.
The student at Daniel Hand High School in Madison, Connecticut, USA, was over the age of 16 but it was later determined another child had an inappropriate encounter with her as well.
The younger student was only 14 when their relationship began.
Now Marchese has been jailed for three years, Fox61 reports.
Under the terms of a plea deal, Marchese pleaded guilty to two counts each of first-degree unlawful restraint and reckless endangerment, and one count each of harassment and threatening, the broadcaster said.
A previous plea deal - which fell through - would have seen Marchese plead guilty to two counts of risk of injury to a minor, it was reported.
But had she proceeded to trial she would have faced a maximum of 20 years.
It was unclear if her Canadian citizenship would see her deported.
The arrest warrant said the teacher would ask the teen out for lunch and "became very forward and wrote things such as she could not concentrate during class because he was so good-looking."
The pupil had asked her to stop but she told him he had broken her heart and betrayed her.
The older pupil, aged 17, told police he received a provocative photo through Instagram and flirtatious texts on his cellphone.
In December 2014, the pair kissed and had oral sex in a locked classroom, the affidavit said, noting that the student later told her was freaked out by the incident.
The affidavit said he plotted to blackmail the teacher for $200.

benda tu art yg susah di tafsirkan. even suami dh biasa tgk isteri sendiri xpakai pape,tp bila dlm pix lain.sama mcm org hantar pix lucah kat partner ke bf, kalau setakat nak cuci mata melambak kat internet.
bila hantar pic naked kat partner biasanya dia xhairan sgt dgn pix yg melambak kat luar, sbb psgn dia pun boleh posing ke apa mcm apa yg dia imagine. utk aku personally tak salah tindakan hantar naked pix kat pasangan.. dr konon2 alim, pasangan lepastu cuci mata tgk pix pompuan lain dlm fb, dlm ig dlm whatsapp mcm acik2 selalu hangin. selain tu bg keyakinan utk kita sendiri jaga badan n ada badan yg menarik. for me kalau hp kena curi tersebar xda masalah sbb bukan salah aku.salahnya pada org yg menceroboh privasi org.tp utk cikgu ni mmg bodo.. omputih lelaki pompuan bnyk pedo.
