We run baby massage classes at Zenergy Wellness Centre and pride ourselves on creating a relaxed and homely environment for you to bond with your baby. Shan, is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, and runs private and small group classes to teach parents how to massage their baby. These classes not only having wonderful benefits for your developing baby, infant massage classes are also a lovely way to increase bonding between parent and baby.

Using a demonstration doll, we teach you strokes from the Swedish and Indian Massage traditions, reflexology as well as yoga movement. This course is open to Mums or Dads and babies from birth to 12 months.
