Hari ni try buat exercise treadmill jer... Selalu pakai setting biasa ikut time n pace 3km/hour. Hari ni try setting mountain, selama 30 minit dgn pace 3km/hour... First time buat setting yg ni... Baru 10 minit dh berpeluh sakan, sbbnya hard juga ala2 mendaki gunung tu...  |

nasihat saya, jgn buat mcm tu.. nnt time u makan nasi tu ha tu melantak tak igt dunia nanti tau..
pantang2 ni tak bagus in long term, hanya berkesan short period je. elok u turunkan sikit kuantiti nasi tu dan bykkan sayur n lauk. believe me, it'll work.. coz i dah ujikaji badan sendiri. |
