Petua Pemulihan Cepat:
Makan sedikit tapi kerap (5–6 kali sehari dalam kuantiti kecil)
Elakkan baring terus selepas makan
Jangan paksa diri makan jika loya, fokus dulu pada rehidrasi
Selepas pulih 2–3 hari, baru perlahan-lahan tambah protein (ikan kukus, telur rebus) |
