Alah u, i susah la nk tggal air manis. Klau dpt pon around 1w je. Xtahan craving nescafe ais. Skg ni i nk tggal air gula tujuan utama sbb kesihatan. Takut kene diabetes wpon umur belum 30. Tp skg mcm2 penyakit xkira tua ke muda. Diabetes ni antara plg scary la. Skg pon ke gym. Skg fikir nk sihat je. Trun berat tu bonus. |

Sikit2 i naikkan hours dlm berpuasa..
I xde mslh nk fast lama2, tp mslh apabila mkn as usual after fast, naik berat kaw2. Benci betul. Lg 1 cecah je 48jam, dah gigil2 mcm buat atkins. How u overcome? Ada org buat 1 week siap boleh exercise. Dia kata mmg lemah tp dia tahan. Gila hebat |

U lapar at 10am tu sbb u dah terbiasa mkn selalu + byk. Cuba u biasakan around 1 week then u akan rasa 24hours is nothing. Paling mudah start dgn berpuasa. Klau x puasa xkn nk cheat kan? |
