klau ikut Montey dia guna yg tin kecik. Dlm fridge huda ada yg tin besar, tp isinya dah separuh. huda belasah jer...
to be save klau nak buat guna akak guna 1 tin kecik.

base tu huda taruk lemon rind. even filling pun huda letak uice & rind. kasi masam skit

100% huda ikut resepi kat situ kan...memang best la link yg huda bagi tu....terjojol mata tgk macam nak gigit monitor..

1 more thing, base tu huda tak bakar...just chill about 1hr before masukkan filling..then baru bakar

Dek kerana tergoda tengok kek ni..semalam godek2 jugak kt dapur walaupun tekak ni tak berapa nak lalu makan cheseecake. Menjadi tp potong2 bagi member office sbb hubby pun tak berapa gemar. pinky, boleh guna sponge mix. kalau sponge mix tu buat 1/2 bahagian je. 1 peket sponge mix = 500gm. ataupun boleh buat macam ni.

VANILLA SPONGE

Bahan-bahan:

120gm gula castor
120gm tepung gandum
4 biji telur Grade B
10gm super sponge or ovalette
20gm air
20gm minyak jagung or butter dicairkan
1 st esen vanilla

Cara-cara:

1. Satukan gula, tepung, telur, ovalette & air.
2. Putar guna kelajuan kelajuan tinggi hingga kental anggaran 5 minit.
3. Perlahankan putaran dan masukkan minyak jagung. Kacau rata.
4. Gunakan acuan bersaiz 7 1/2". Bakar dengan suhu 170C.

Chocolate Sponge
Keluarkan 2 sudu besar tepung gandum dan tambah 2 sudu besar serbuk koko. Kalau nak lebih gelap, masukkan chocolate emulco.

ermm sponge mix tu ada jual kat bakery x?klau hat dlm kotak tu rupanya camna ek?klau sponge mix tu kena tambah apa lg?sy mmg x pernah buat lg ni

o...klau x buh base pun ok ya...tp 1st time buat chiskek nak buh gak base....nak rasa camna 1st time buat;)

London Cheesecake from Nigella Lawson

Pink bagi resipi dari Nigella from How To be a Domestic Goddes. Mmg pink buat 2 kali. Mmg laku and sentiasa habis.

Utk resipi ni pink double- kan dia punya topping and pink masak lama sket... dlm sejam 20 minit rasanya. Masak cara water bath

FOR THE CRUST


half cup plus 2 tablespoons or 5 ounces graham crackers
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted or very soft
20 ounces cream cheese
three-quarters cup superfine sugar
3 large eggs
3 large egg yolks
1 and a half tablespoons vanilla extract
1 and a half tablespoons lemon juice
8 inch springform pan
heavy-duty aluminum foil


FOR THE TOPPING

three-quarters cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
half teaspoon vanilla extract  
  
Processthe crackers until they are crumbs at this point, then add the butterand pulse again. Line the bottom of the springform pan, pressing thebiscuits in with your hands or the back of a spoon. Put the pan in thefridge to set, and preheat the oven to 350篎.

Beat the creamcheese gently until it's smooth, then add the sugar. Beat in the eggsand egg yolks, then finally the vanilla and lemon juice. Put the kettleon.

Line the outside of the chilled pan with strong foil sothat it covers the bottom and sides in one large piece, and then do thesame again and put it into a roasting dish. This will protect thecheesecake from the water as it is cooked in its water bath.

Pourthe cream-cheese filling into the chilled base, and then pour hot waterfrom the recently boiled kettle into the roasting pan around thecheesecake. It should come about halfway up; don't overfill as it willbe difficult to lift up the pan. Put it into the oven and cook for 50minutes. It should feel set, but not rigidly so: you just need to feelconfident that when you pour the sour cream over, it will sit on thesurface and not sink in. Whisk together the sour cream, sugar andvanilla for the topping and pour over the cheesecake. Put it back inthe oven for a further 10 minutes.

Take the roasting pan outof the oven, then gingerly remove the springform, unwrap it and standit on a rack to cool. When it's cooled down completely, put it in therefrigerator, removing it 20 minutes before eating to take the chilloff. Unmould and when you cut into it, plunge a knife in hot waterfirst.

sponge mix tu ada jual kat almost semua bakers supply. kalau dalam kotak tak tahu le. tak pernah beli kat supermarket barang-barang macam ni.

sponge mix tu dekat plastiknya ada resepi macam mana nak buat. + telur, air & minyak jagung. pukul semua sekali dengan tepung kecuali minyak sehingga kental. last sekali baru masuk minyak dengan cara kaup balik dengan spatulla.

kalau susah nak dapat sponge mix, buat le sendiri. kan shida dah ada letak resepi tu. kaedah sama cuma yang tu kena taruk ovallete.

semlm buat tiramisu...guna sponge cake.  ikut resepi dindazzz.  melilau cari lady finger biscuit, x jumpa!!! mcm x caya jer...kat london nie payah nak jumpa....x terjah pun italian shop..x tau pun kat mana...

anyway, bebalik pada tirami-who? tu...emmm sodappp....guna British Double cream campur ngan mascarpone cheese tu..., adoiiii...creamy nya....  teringat pun, dah kecuq ayaq liuq nih....hi hi...


esok nak buat cheese tart lak....adoii..gumuksss la mcm nie...
