jom beli pb corset ..boleh kurang ckit nafsu makan ..mmg bukan mnde ajaib nak bg kurus terus pon...tp at least membantu utk shaping badan n kurangkan nafsu mkn...boleh bg dealer price..no worries ...ada setengah mkn with lactolite.lg cepat mengurus(janji jgan mkn tk ingat)...

hi, saya nak tanya pada yg arif.. sy ada buat work out utk pinggang pagi semlm.. pg ni ingat nak buat lagi tp bangun je pagi ni sakit sgt pinggang saya.. adakah kerana lama xbersenam atau salah teknik tp sy ikut workout kat youtube. kenap leh sakit ye? |

if you buat ikut gerakan yang betul..mmg normal akan sakit pinggang, selalunya if sakit that means exercise tue betul sebab ader respond to your muscle...tapi as u go on..lama2 takkan sakit dah..but if skt sgt just relax first then dah ok baru senam semula kgood luck |

lama x jenguk sini... jenguk ni pun sebab berat dah naik about 20 kilo... aiiyooo... sekarang mahu kembali ke pangkal jalan.. tolong ...
pagi saya amek herbalife shake, teamix
snacks x der .. juz minum air about 1.3 liter
lunch saya amek herbalife shake, sekeping roti sardin+telor, 2 sudu puding roti dan seketul cucur udang cicah sambal kacang...
tea minum air kosong jer.. target nak habiskan 1.5l sebelum balik umah ptg ni...
malam.. makan ngan family kot.. tapi dalam kadar yg berjaga...
workout ... tatau nak buat apa... threadmill dah jual.. kalo x boleh buat kat umah jer... ader idea x.. saya xder maid dan ader anak kecik... |

you have to kick your butt
semua kat cnie pun ramai ibu2 orang..hehe
kitaorg workout guna vcd or u-tube jerk
bleh search mana yang sesuai keh
i suggest jillian michaels, zuzana, kathy smith....
biler u workout u akan nampak the difference and only you can experienced that..believe me dear
