Doc cakap pening2, cirit birit tu salah satu side effect tp tak berbahaya. Sebab Saxenda tu, bila kita cucuk, ubat tu bergerak bawah lemak. So lemak transfer jadi energy. Tapi tehtappp lah kena jaga makan.

iolllss mgu lpas lgsung x mkn nsi..klu nasi 40g pun da 100++cal da..so iollls gantikan dengan salad sayur+buah+protein plus bykkan mnum air..iollss masa b4 start calorie count ni berat 83kg skang da 65kg dlm masa 3 bulan..awal2 tu byk cheat tapi msuk bulan ketiga iollss hardcore diet 1000cal so dpat trun 10kg..chuollss try apps fat secret utk kira kaori..iollss tggi 163 so berat model should be 48kg..doakn iollss ye..

bnyk cara nak kurus kalau tak overweight
mcm fasha tu sblm ni gemuk manja, bukan obese

boleh buat intermittent fasting

atau  dia letak intragastric balloon , takde lah teruk sgt kena jaga luka operstion mcm bariatric

ntah la.. aku x ambik..
tp bdk ofc aku mkn adira punya tu elok kurus.. dia mcm mengenyangkn.. aku x ok pula.. x bkesan.. hahaha..
aku pnah cuba klubna kopi tu.. tp aku x larat asyik nk ke toilet jer..
klau pagi minum kopi tu.. kang ko mkn cikit.. minum cikit.. sure x lama g toilet.. penat rasa nya..
utk aku itu pn x berkesan..

baca2 gtula ade org yg sama buat tserempak kt ukm katenya sama tmpr dgn julin terdampar buat..
pcyla korg realitinya x mudah nk kurus..konsepnye kurgkan makan bykkan exercise..
sy sndiri hampir 3 thn trun 30 kg..pas raya nikah balik sshnye nk trun skrg 74 last dpt 67 bfore raya..tambah2 plak asik msk utk suami n ank2
target nk buang lg 10kg jd 63 lain plak jadinya ble dh happy hahaha

ikut je saranan kalori so krenya sy amalkan deficit kalori with eat clean diet ms tu xsilap 1200kcl je satu ari, everyday I exercise ikut youtube channel body project with low body impact..everyday at least 30 min je ckup..insyallah genap 3 bln slowly u akan nmpk perut dh xde baju2 longgar2..
plg penting jgn amik air manis I mmg cut sugar until now nk mnum manis secwn pun ssh nk abiskan..
bli pinggan n tupperware suku2 separuh n long story short I lost 30kg dlm ms hampir 3 thn,I bykkan bpuasa..
I xdee rs stress sgt, weekend i mkn pe yg nak.good luck u can do it sis!
