I would like to try....

First and foremost, I see that the Qur'an was "kept" in two ways, in the Art of Writing and in the Heart of Muslims. So, we can say that these two acts as a counterblance for themselves.

OK, let us say that the Qur'an was preserved in the literary form (writing), as the pass of years, the style of writing was divided (Baghdadi, Al-Amin etc), so, when a Qur'anic text are to be published, usually, a nation (the administrator or the appointed body) first check the verses with the local Hafiz.

And then, they would consult the *Ummu Qur'an", the Qur'an that is written long ago as a standard-de-facto, for eliminating any errors, be it typo and all.

For example, Indonesians has theirs kept in their National Mosque.

After that, the publisher would consult the Arabian " Complex of King Fahd (long name)".

So, with three times of checking, the result is a *very* secured printing.

Why is the Quran a miracle?

Preservation implies protection from contamination.
the fact that the Quran is not contaminated in the first place takes out all the need for revision, different versions and correction unlike some other books an d this is the miracle.

The fact that all the scientific facts and prediction in the Quran remain valid and stood the test of the time is a miracle. This is quite unlike other books which have to be revised.

Those who see Quran coming from humans and not God will always have a difficult time to accept that the Quran has not been altered. hennce, the nonbelievers always have a different basic premise in their logic to start with, and that is why moslems will not come to term with non-moslems on this. It is almost useless to argue with non-believers on this.

Then the burden of proof is for them (non-belivers) is to bring to the moslems two different versions of Quran accepted by Moslems. This is the real challenge for non-believers and they know what the answer is.

But the fact still remains that despite differences in sect, mazhabs, culture, generations, languages, etc. we stand united on one Quran! We stand united on what the book is despite more than 1400 years! We stand united on what every verse is after all this time! And indeed this is the promise in the Quran till the end of time. The Quran itself comes with an infinite time guarantee.

"No falsehood can approach it from before or behind it: It is sent down by One Full of Wisdom, Worthy of all Praise" 41:42

Yeah, I agree... Although we have all the effort in preserving the Qur'an, it seems that every try of Qwr'anic felony has been observed.
