Aku wkend memang sume ayam ikan bawang halia apa sume dah siang..kupas dah..ada tu dah blend..masu ...

Bagus bagus. Kami pun sama. Weekend tu kami potong apa2 yg patut. kupas bawang apa2 semua stok dlm fridge.

Bg budak mkn ni mmg mencabar. Kena tukar menu. Aku ingat lg masa kami budak2. tak suka mkn sayur tp kena paksa dgn mak kita org. Ada saja cara dia buat dgn makanan tu campur dgn sayur utk paksa kami mkn. Syukur juga dgn cara dia tu smp ke tua ni hah! tak lekang kita org adik beradik mkn sayur. Menu utama ialah sayur.

tak pasti pula aku. Tp aku mmg perasan klu pergi mkn nasi campur, menu lauk bermacam macam jenis smp berbelas belas. Tp menu sayur adalah seketul dua jenis. Sayur dimasak pun dah hampir lunyai, hilang zat sayur dimasak smp lunyai

ini aku setuju. ipar aku mcm ni lah perangai dia. demi punya malas nak masak bg mkn anak. Sanggup goreng nugget dgn sosej bg mkn anak. Bila aku tanya napa ko bg mkn anak ko 2 benda ni kerap sgt. dia jawab senang je, takde masa nak masak. pelik pula aku. dia surirumah. anak sorang. apa yg dia buat di rumah sepanjang hari takde masa nak masak. orang malas mmg akan guna mcm mcm alasan bila dibgtau jgn mkn barang tertentu yg tak sihat. suruhlah cari alternative food pun katanya renyah. pdhal information semua kat ujung hari skrg

kan?? apasal orang kita ni klu masak sayur smp lunyai di buatnya. nak bg mkn kambing ke manusia. Zat dah hilang, mkn byk2 sayur lunyai pun dah tak guna

org zaman skrg mmg serba malas. ko bayangkan sd disediakan mesin cuci baju, mesin masak nasi dan segala jenis kemudahan di hujung hari tapi tetap kata malas masak, renyalah, takde masa lah. Tp handphone berjahit di tangan ada pula masa di layan. akhirnya anak jd mangsa sebab mak bapa yg malas nak masak bg anak mkn yg berkhasiat.

Sokong sesangat!!! klu tgk golongan B40 ni,merempan hidup susah tak cukup mkn. ini je yg mampu. Tp bila kita selidik lbh dalam. Barulah nmpk pilihan derang tu sendiri yg tak betul. tak tau tak mengapa. Tp belajarlah cari ilmu. contoh, tak mampu beli ayam hari hari, carilah alternative protein utk ganti ayam. ko dah tau tak mampu mkn ayam atau daging selalu. napa tak mkn sayur. Sayur tu lg byk zat dan murah dr sosej. kebodohan apa ntah derang ni. Priority tak diletak di tempat yg sepatutnya. pastu merempan hidup susah. dah tau susah sapa suruh beranak tiap tahun.

Masak sama jer macam org lain jugak. Takde resepi special pun. Carbonara+susu cair+hotdog+button mushroom. Tak pernah lagi order kat luar spageti carbonara. Baik beli bahan masak kat rumah dapat 1periuk, mkn ulang2. Hihi

iols tak amek pulak multivit..iols amek milk thistle dengan probiotic tu wajib kalau habis memang cepat2 stock up..yang lain meols tukar2 jugak..calcium + vit D, fish oil, b complex..
