nowadays susah nak cakap dorang ni guna product ke tak..

tapi ramai yang aku ta..dari gemuk jadi kurus sebab buat gastric sleeves surgery... macam aizat amdan... mmg confirm kurus sebab perut dah kecik..makan dah kurang.. within a few weeks dah nampak kurus..

nak kurus tanpa ada surgery ni.. mmg satu komitment yang sangat2 tinggi and it's almost impossible tuk kurus sebab mmg nature ornag suke makan..

Salah tu you.. saya turunkan 10kg dalam masa 3bulan stgh.. takde amik ubat ke apa supplement ke rawatan bagai..

Exercise 1jam 3kali seminggu
Makan kira kalori ikut bmr dan dcr..

Inspired iouls. I pon tengah train balik selera iouls. Sebelum ni asal nampak je nak telan,  sekarang i mengamalkan tengok & rasa. Kalau kek sepotong, i makan satu sudu je supaya x kempunan. X makan nasik dah seminggu, baru turun 600gram. Target nak turun 8 kg sebelum raya.. mampukah?

Untuk tak OT, teringat menghadap citer Sephia tu malam2. siap merayu2 nak tengok walaupon eskonya sekolah. perghh, dengan OST yang syahdu...  Bila la TV3 nak buat balik drama camni.

Masalahnya ko kata komitmen sgt2 tinggi. Padahal aku enjoy jek turunkan 10kg.. makan jugak pizza mcd kfc segala mala bagai    makan 6kali sehari janji dalam kuantiti calorie limit daily..

Pastu ko kata almost impossible padahal anything is possible kot

It's not about luck la babe.. It's all about an effort..

Nak turunkan berat senang je.
Jangan stress. Jangan timbang berat setiap hari.

-Never skip breakfast.
-Makan 5,6 meals in a small portion..
-Makan nasi utk lunch & dinner..


Tak perlu pun hiking2 bagai.. saya just slow jog je..

termasuklah sephia ni

Brapa Kcal sehari? aku makan 1,000kcal pon x turun banyak. Gigih la makan sayur & protein without carb. Haromm nak turun banyak

Mana boleh makan 1000cal je sehari tu namanya starvation mode    

Bila ko starving, metabolism ko akan drop. Bila metabolism drop, berat ko akan statik  

Jadinya, ko kena makan tak boleh kurang dari bmr ko. Jangan lebih dari dcr ko.

Taktau apa tu bmr dcr? Ko sila google dan ko calculate berapa bmr dcr ko tu..
