    sedih sgt.. nak share dgn mammy2 kat sini ya..

sbb bulan 3 ( mac)  tu maid x dapat masuk malaysia.. kebetulan  maid current laks lari..

kinna terpaksa bawak baby ke opis,, tumpang umah mak 1-2 hari..

ambik cuti... bergilir ngam suami

mintak tolong adik tunggu result spm jaga..

mcm2 cara nak survive..

mintak sehari aje aje cuti bulan tu..n bgtau 3 hari awal... then dpt email from superior :


Ur  maid not here since months ago,i cant accept evy time same reason for energency leave,if u cant fulfill ur job requirement,am sorry our working environment may not fit u.


so, kinna terpaksa resign.......... maid baru sampai bulan april....
kinna rasa lepas bersalin,,, hujung bulan 6 ni..kinna x nak pakai maid... kena berjimat dah..

    kinna u keje company kecik ke??setahu i, majikan tak boleh suruh staff resign lebih2 lagi klu dia tengah pregnant and u ada reason lagi sbb maid pun dah lari..boleh pegi labour office ni..

If mmg u rsa x mau dh keje ctu, brtahan la kejap smpai deliver ur baby.. At least dlm maternity gaji tetap jln kn.. Nk. Ari keje time preggy ni jgn hrp laa.. Bkn senang.. Tp, u never noe if rezeki kn... Aperpon, jgn cpt mengalah ngn ur bos tu.. Bru skali dlm sebln, mna blh dier suker2 buat gitu...

    terima kasih atas nasihat...  ye lah..kinna pon x leh tunggu jugak.. sbb agent pon main tarik tali..
sekejap ada, sekejap x de org... dah tersepit.... huhu

co. pon ingat kita x komitment dgn company.. mmg x de rezeki kot nak dpt meternity pay.
apa2 pon, masa kinna tulis surat tu, kinna bgtau owner co yg superior yg advised me to do so.
Owner co. tu ada datang cari kinna, tapi kinna cuti...

kalau ada rezeki, lepas abis pantang.. hubby kata, call aje owner tu, cakap nak keje balik...
kalau ada rezeki... insyallah ada... tapi jgn terlalu mengharap.... huhuhu

kinna dah ok... hari tu down gak... tapi bila dah redha n lepaskan semua..

hati jadi lebih tenang...

so, masa x keje nanti leh prepare brg2 baby.. rehatkan kat rumah...

n menghitung hari nak menyambut org baru dgn happy yg gembira...

apa2 next plan.. kemudian baru fikirkan........

    pergi labour office u boleh claim under section unfair dismissal atau constructive dismissal..maksud yang kedua tu u memang resignlah sbb tulis surat resign dan hantar. tapi u boleh cakap saya dipaksa melalui email, kata2, desakan, tekanan..siap kau majikan memang kena.paling bagus segala benda tu ada bukti e.g email, sms, print dalam kertas, percakapan klu boleh rakam..yg pertama tu pulak unfair dismissal u resign tapi sebab yg tak menasabah..jadi u jangan takut..dlm undang2 buruh pekerja di pihak yg menang lebih2 lagi klu mengandung dan bos tak suka sbb keadaan you yg berbadan dua..HR u mesti bodoh nak buang org mengandung sbb banyak nak kena bayar klu claim kat labour office...bangsa apa ye HR u tu??

kinna dah berhenti sila claim maternity allowance 2 bulan dengan majikan ye.jgn lupa..klu dia tak bayar sila ke pejabat buruh. maternity allowance tu sebanyak 2 bulan gaji..jika kita kerja dengan majikan masa tu dah mengandung dan tiba2 berhenti atas apa2 sebab, kita boleh claim gaji kita selama dua bulan..jadi kinna bawak mc cuti bersalin dapatkan dari doktor bila bersalin nanti untuk dihantar ke majikan sebagai bukti. jgn tak claim rugi wooo..klu derang tak nak bayar, silalah ke pejabat buruh berdekatan walaupun dalam pantang..gerenti dalam 2 minggu majikan akan menghubungi kinna dan tanya nak bank in duit dalam akaun mana..hehe..

    kinna even you tak nak kerja kat company tu lagi lepas bersalin, u are entitle for 2 bulan gaji masa bersalin which we called maternity allowance..so pls claim that one..if you're not sure, since sekarang u dah tak kerja, go to nearest labour office dan tanya apa prosedur borang yg perlu diisi dan nasihat..kasi ajar majikan..kita melayu ni selalu jadi bodoh dgn majikan bangsa asing. tak tahu apa hak kita..benda ni termaktub dlm undang2 buruh.. u ada hak so kenapa nak nafikan hak u..gaji 2 bulan tu banyak, klu u tak nak i help u to claim and u give me the money, boleh tak?? atau pun u sedekah kat forummers kat sini..dapat pahala u..
