But tak menjadi mcm dlm gambar tu lerr. Rimbun bakar ikut seperti dlm resepi but kek tu tak masak lerr. Cair lg. at last rimbun bakar lg dlm 45 minute dengan api 180c... guna steam bath juga. baru ler kek tu masak... but sbb lama sgt bakar... mampat ler jadinyer kek tuh |

Rimbun, cheese cake tak boleh bakar terlalu lama. Normally dalam 1 jam tu dah okey. Memang dia masih nampak cair. Itu sebab kita kena biarkan kek tu tinggal dalam oven for a few hours & kemudian simpan dalam peti ais. Tujuannya untuk mengeraskan kek tersebut. |

klau buat cheese cake nie, mcm mana nak budget cheese tu dah kembang.. selalunya berapa minute kena pukul + guna high speed ker low speed.. sbb yoh guna stand mixture yg no speed sampai 3 jer...
yoh takut terlebih pukul la pulak.. Dah lama buat cheese cake nie... dulu buat selalu fail, sbb tu terus stop.. takut nak buat lg.. |

Yoh, kalau shida buat cheese cake, tak pukul sampai terlalu kembang & lama sangat. Sebab kek ni yang paling mudah. Biasanya bila dah pucat tu, dah okey le. May be shida pukul dalam 3 minit yang pertama, kemudian taruk telur. Pukul lagi dalam 3 minit, kemudian taruk cream dan pukul lagi dalam 3-5 minit. Yang ni kena tengok arahan le. Yang mana dulu, kena dulukan le
Actually Shida memang tak ikut 'buku' sangat dalam baking & cooking ni :bgrin:. Kita kena selalu try & error  |

emmmm dlm resepi chanel tu kata bake for 30minute at 150c, then 55-60 minute at 125c... so mmg rimbun ikut betul ler. then biarkan sejuk dlm oven for 2 hours n masukn dlm peti sejuk. esoknyer rimbun tgk masih lg cair. rasa mmg tak masak. so pagi tu rimbun try ler bake sekali lg. nak bg masak. kalau tak memang tak leh nak makan
nampaknyer rimbun kena tgk dulu ler org wat. baru ler bole try kut. kalau takat ikut resepi susah le nampaknyer nak jadi. |

Resepi yang mana tu rimbun? Lorrr..... kalau 125c memang le. Sebab untuk bakar ke normally guna 170-180. kalau oven kecik kena guna may be dalam 140-150. |

Light cheesecake
Bahan A : 250 gm cream cheese
50 ml whipping cream
100 ml milk
80 gm butter
Bahan B : 25 gm corn flour
50 ml milk
Bahan C : 150 gm egg white
100 gm sugar
10 gm corn flour
1 tsp cream tartar
Bahan D :138 gm egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla essence (opt)
Preheat oven to 150'c
Lined botton and side of a 8 1/2 inch springform tin with baking paper.
Melted all ingredient A over a double boiler(with slow fire) and stir all the time till smooth. Cooled the mixture.
Add all ingredients B into the cooled creamcheese mixture and stir till wel mix,
then add in the ingredients D and continue stir till smooth.
Whisk all ingredients C till "SOFT" peak foam and fold slowly/gently into the cream cheese mixture (be carefull not to over mix it)
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake in the "lower rack" of the oven as "water bath" for abt 30 minutes till the surface of the cheesecake become lightly brown and turn the oven to 125 'c and continue bake for abt 55 to 1 hour.
Cooled the cake in frigde before serve.
Cut the cake with a "warm" sharp knife.
Note that all ingredients must be at room temperature !!!

hi all.. ni first time I buat posting kat board ni, start membaca dr last week.. and dah buat compilation kek2 mana yg nak ditry
I nak tanya, ada sesapa ada resepi carrot cheese cake mcm yg kat secret recepi tu tak? I dah khatamkan thread ni, tapi tak jumpa resepi mcm tu.. so kalau ada sesapa yg ada, hopefully boleh la paste kat sini, nak try buat.. tak larat asyik nak kena beli kat SR.. mahal bebeno.. thanks ekk kengkawan... |

Yg kat Bwy nu bukan kraft atau anchor. dlm plastic biasa je. kalau tengok sekali imbas mcm shortening aje. tu yg nak tau tu sedap ke compared to branded cheese. |
