ot ye tt maaf. i nie ada gastric , quite bad jugaklah . kalau kena attack mmg total i kena baring sebab kalau duduk or jalan mmg sakit sangat macam di di perah . last month i kena attack for 2 nd in a row , siap pakej muntah dengan banyak nya dan migrain sekali. pi check doc cakap kolestrol i naik sebab  membalun rendang . so i have to changed my diet plan : 7:30pagi : makan oat dengan susu tepung coklat.  pukul 10 am : makan buah dengan teh o ais dan cucur sayur. pukul 12 : nasi campur . pukul 2:30 pm : sandwich . last makan 7.30 pn: nasi campur .  nampak cam banyak kali kan i makan dalam sehari ? terpaksa sebab gastric i .
so pam pam, u baca porem kan . gi lah check pam pam weh sebelum terlambat .

Lps tu kena latih diri ikut gaya hidup sihat..

Klu x mampu buat weekdays sbb busy keje..

Buat weekend..

In Shaa Allah boleh..

Jgn lah jd mcm kepam ni..

Serious mmg membahayakan diri sendiri..

Klu diabetes dh kirim salam tu paham2 la

You memang tak boleh edit semua benda serentak ke? Kalau edit padam cellulite, michelin tummy tak ber-edit. Bila edit kaki putih, lutut masih berkerak hitam. Bila edit tetek mungil, shoulder jadi dislocated, ketiak pun masih berkerak. Bila edit out back fat, bontot pulak layut. You pakai apps yang free version je ke? Kata kayo, kenapa tak beli je app full price?

I did my IF dan i kurus tanpa sedar..

I did my OMAD as well..

yes i can attest to this. i consistent buat IF 16:8 je. kalau rajin sikit buat la 20:4 or 24hrs tp tak selalu.
and mmg nampak obvious changes dekat berat and inch...tu pun i jenis tak control makan pun.
meaning that tak clean sangat. ape nak kena kat tekak je, ape craving je terus makan. ...
kalau jenis control, buat IF sekali buat eat clean, lagi cepat turunnya tu.

Husband i beli dutch lady madu susu tepung tu..

Dia pon severe gastric..

Lps dia amalkan susu tepung honey tu alhamdulillah..mcm ambik buang..

Klu x dulu everytime puasa dia suffer easily the first 1 week..

So happened my aunty smpi masuk hospital sakit teruk gastric menangis2 sbb dh severe sgt..

My mum adviced her buat mcm my hub ni..during puasa masa tu..

Then during raya my mum visited her the first thing she told my mum many thanks to the advice..she ckp mcm ambik buang gastric..

Dia minum susu tepung biasa pon x semujarab susu tepung honey dutch lady tu..

If anybody ada gasteic melampau..cuba lah mana tau berkesan..

Hope my info yg x seberapa ni membantu sesiapa yg ada prob yg sama

That was dry fast..

I jenis determine..bab kurus la..

Sbb nak pakai baju cantik2..

Mmg buat IF ni tanpa corset ribu2 pon back fat hilang ok..hahahahaha

Aduhhh i still tokleh fikir whats inside her mind sampai dia sanggup berubah from bertudung to berbogel macam ni. Kalau just buka tudung tp pakaian masih sopan mcm normal mother, tak ler pelik sangat. Ni dah la tudung buka, baju pun nak buka sekali yuksss

u dry fast 28 hours mmg hebat la u. i tak mmpu...hahahah i selalu buat wet fast je, so kalau puasa sunat isnin khamis tu, day before tu stop la makan kul 4pm, dpt la extended fast dlm 28jam. haha

Syg ja iols train kaw2 kt gym, strength dapat, tapi tak nampak shape lagi coz makan xjaga. Rindu nak diet balik. Syok rasa ringan ja badan

tq u .. tapi sejak amalkan oat nie for almost 1 month nie , alhamdulilah cam dh ok pulak gastric i. cuma tang makan pedas kena control lagi . hahaha . almaklumlah i nie org melaka + n9 . bulan puasa ari tu  the whole month gastric . nanti i cari susu tepung tu.

untuk tak ot : i sejujurnya kan takut tengok badan pam pam. rasanya mesti semput kan kalau banyak berjalan or naik tangga . badan gloria ada hati claim pakai baju s . pam pam , i yg berat 61 kg nie masih pakai xl lagi tau.

Sbb nya pada i..dpt kita kurangkan habit makan benda mengarut..

Badan kita terima makanan pada waktu sepatutnya..

Secara x langsung ikat nafsu makan dr makan yg merepek..

Time hadap makanan..makan lah nasi..

Nasi putih tu klu suku anggaran dlm 150 cal mcm tu je..

Biasa org buat suku suku separuh dan IF x ambik kuah..sbb kuah sodium tinggi..3 spoonful kuah dh 100 cal.

Memadai kuah yg melekat dkt lauk je..

Bykkan air kosong..

Senam atau aktifkan gaya hidup..

Mmg kurus

Yg mana berkesan utk u dan menjadi alhamdulillah..

Oat pon cal tinggi jugak tau..hati2

I follow fb group kesihatan dan pemakanan..ada group utk whatsapp jugak..

The best is our staple food..rice..white rice not bryani tu cal tinggi jugak..

I was in ur weight last month but before i flew i check dh jd 58kg..

Klu i buat lg sikit ni boleh turun smpi 55kg jugak..am not that tall..sedang2 je standard asian women but taller than kepam berganda ler
