Exercise spt brisk walking sangat bagus bukan sahaja utk menurunkan berat badan tapi utk kesihatan mental dan fizikal.

Lakukan sekurang2nya  3 kali seminggu dan selama satu jam setiap kaliTapi jangan lupa kawal pemakanan juga ye.
