Kak Liza, kita pakai agar2 NONA...

Nanti masa nak masukkan dlm peti tu... letak kat bahagian yg wat air batu ke... yg tmpt biasa tu je ?

Agak2... chilled blueberry cheesecake kak liza tu.. pejal nya cam ner erk ? Kalau dah kuarkan , dia cair x ?

Syg tol tau .. x jadi... Aefy dgn hubby asyik buka peti ais je nak tgk cake tu dah keras ke lom... siap dia sudu2 pastu telan.. hahahhaha

Sedap tapi x keras.... x leh nak makan potong2 cam dlm gambar kat fp kak Liza.

Saya ambil resepi daripada kawan.
Tang bakar tu,  dia cakap letakkan loyang dia atas dulang
yang berisi air.
Saya nampak cheese kek yang dia buat tu cantik jer.
Tak merekah dan masak cantik

naper cheese cake yg wa buat tu lembik bila lama di luar...?
saya guna geletin 2 sudu kecil dan 2/3 cawan air panas....
bila keluar dari peti sejuk cantik jer....bila lama cam ais krim lama kat luar..

Why bake in a water bath?

Since water evaporates at the boiling point, the water bath will never get hotter than 212 degrees F (100 degrees C), no matter what the oven temperature.

selalunya kakliza gunakan serbuk agar2 bukan gelatin..
so kakliza rasa mungkin gelatin nya kandungan pepejalnya agak rendah dan apabila terdedah pada suhu bilik ia mudah menjadi lembut...

kakliza mmg tak pernah gunakan gelatin..
so x tahu nak terangkan apa masalah yg sebenarnya...:stp:

Honey baru siap buat cheesecake blur punya... baru habis membakar... tengah nak sejukkan le ni...

nanti jam 12 malam baru nak masuk kat fridge...

anak2 lak tak suka blueberry... tapi ibu dia jumpa strawberry emulco kat Miri....:hmm:

mulalah nak mereka... buat design ntah apa-apa ntah... janji nampak glamour konon... angkat bakul sendiri leh ni...:pmuka:

esok bila dah sejuk honey upload gambar... harap2 anak2 & hubby suka...:pray:

hari ini dalam sejarah... 1st time wat cheesecake sendiri... nak beli mahal loooo

ff:last week wat chocolate moist cake k.hannah utk kali ke dua... anak mmg suka... cuma tak leh nak amik gambar coz terlupa aje... w/pun baru beli digi cam... nak posing kat FnR
esok plan nak wat pizza.. cheese lagi???... sebab anak2 tak lalu makan kene tukar selera le jawabnye...
buat semua sifu2 kat sini.:love:.. luv u very much coz kerna you all le yg honey minat nak buat kuih especially kek... memasak tu my hobby... tapi masak lauk2 ajer... sampai arwah my mum marah sebab tak minat wat kuih... semuanye sebab anak2 tak minat makan kuih tapi anak2 minat pulak kek ... tu yg bersemangat nak mencuba wat resepi2 kat FnR nih...:tq:
