yelah doc.. rasa macam menyesal pun ada strict diet macam tu..
since badan dah adapt dengan low calorie, extra 100 calorie pun macam dipam-pam dalam badan..
any idea nak stabilize badan punya metabolic rate slowly?
nak lasak sangat pun tak boleh dah.. kalau just angkat berat sambil baring atas katil boleh ke?
musim2 hujan ni, duduk pun rasa besi cucuk2 kat bawah tu...sakit okayyyy

doc.. sorry sangat tak de masa nak selak 1,1.. kebetulan klik2 nampak bod ni dan thread ni.. macam mana saya nak kawal nafsu makan? macam ni. saya kerap rasa lapar lately.. terutama nila stress. saya kalau boleh tak nak makan. tapi tak boleh tahan.

Hah! Tahu pon.
Takde benda benda yg dibuat sekadar hangat hangat t**k ayam akan berkesan; if buat rumah secara ni, maka akan siap dinding je lah.
Samalah juga dgn usaha utk achieve healthy living thru weight loss.
You will have to do it slowly.
Park your car away from your work place.
If you use a bus, stop earlier and walk part of this.
Do this a year then you will see a weight loss that you can maintain.

Some people crash diet la etc..loss 20kg..tapi dapat bertahan 2-3 tahun je.. ini semua tidak ada makna bagi kesihatan dan bagi pandangan fizikal.
It is better to lose 2-3kg dan maintain that for years..ini lebih sihat dan lebih ketara bagi org yg melihat kita.
if you can lose 10kg and maintain this for 5 years, then you have done very well Ikma. Try this aim first.

yang approved by European Medicine Agency now only one left ie Orlistat.
Yg lain semua dah diharamkan sebab byk sgt problems eg Sibutramine dan mcm mcm lagi yg i pernah di ajar.

Satiety centre is in the hypothalamus.
some people have low leptin levels jadi tak puas makan ha ha
tetapi ini adalh uncommon.
yg paling common adalah behaviour kita sendiri.
baru je ada research yg sebut pasal kunyah.
also longgg ago research cakap pasal minum air.
lagi, pasal reducing a very small bit of portion size of your meals.
try ni:
1) makan on time always!
2) makan 3 times a day..never miss your meal time
3) jangan makan after 9pm.. if lapar minum air
4) kunyah lama lama..byk enzymes and hormones released by brain semasa mengunyah
5) minum byk air..1/3 of your meals
6) kecikkan poriton size..if you makan 50 suap nasi setiap meals, tukar jadi 49 je; dlm sehari u dah miss 3 suap; dlm setahun 1350 suap nasi..
7) elakkan makanan berlemak dulu..carb kita bincang lain kali

yep..research, albiet a small one, has shown that it even improve young childrens IQ.. i tak lah caya sgt sgt tapi my family is on fish oil daily sbb nak promote healthy eating and metabolism

oh ye lupa nak jawab..bila stress, and u makan, brain akan release endorphin.. hormone ni di release semasa kita senang hati, semasa dan selepas sex, bila dapat rewards, bila amik coccaine ke etc. jadi, brain u lama lama akan ketagih dgn endorphin ni. if you continue tenangkan hati yg stress dgn makan supaya dpt endorphin, next nnt u akan sentiasa associate, secara subconciously, that the way out of any stressful situation dgn makan.

break the cycle..bila stress buat benda lain eg take a walk, pegi borak dgn membe, call kawan yg dipercayai etc

Now sy dh paham kenapa bila sy dh kurangkan 9kg dri 90kg berat asal sy, berat xnk trun dh.
Dia main antara 80, 81, 82 even sy dh kira kalori intake and senaman at least 30 min per session.
Hm. Geram. Now start minum green tea. Hopefully mmbantu boost metabolisma.

apa apa pon, weight loss tu kene slow slow, supaya brain kita tak sedar sgt dan enzymes dlm badan tak le terkujat.. better like this to maintain weight. if kita lose 10kg, then maintain 3-4 thn je, lepas tu naik balik, apa lah guna nyer? dari segi kesihatan dan kecantikan atau fizikal etc, ini tidak berapa membantu. lebih baik hilang 5kg, tetapi dapat dimaintain 10-15thn. baru ada masa utk lawan nafsu makan. fat dan gemuk, hanya ada satu inlet kedalam badan: mulut.

Tapi kenapa orang lain laju menonong je dorh loose weigt.
Saya start count calorie on feb 2014 ni tau. Smpai la ni xnk kurang dari 80kg.
Down gak kadang2.

salam.. lama benar tak jengah kat sini..

berkenaan fat burner, kena tengok brand dan pastikan asli sebab banyak produk tiruan kat market sekarang.. saya sendiri pernah consume fat burner ni masa mulakan program kuruskan badan (yang ni program saya secara individu). It do work tapi ada pantang larang yang kena ikut.

1. Banyakkan minum air masak once u mula amik fat burner sebab fat burner ni akan increase kan metabolisme badan u.. bila metabolisme badan meningkat, badan akan berpeluh dan ini akan mengganggu sistem buah pinggang.. kesannya, buah pinggang boleh rosak.
2. Badan u akan sweetting dan sebab nak tinggikan metabolisme badan.secara tidak langsung ini akan mengganggu emosi (mudah marah).
3. dah amik fat burner, bukan bermaksud just wait n see.. fat burner is suppliment.. bukan ubat... macam mana pun, kena workout.
