Cosplay killing: Suspect’s vivid details aroused my suspicion, says ex-cop

PETALING JAYA: The suspect in the murder of 15-year old Ng Yuk Tim broke down and confessed to Selangor Community Policing Association (COPS) founder Kuan Chee Heng when he was unable to account for discrepancies in his chronology of events.
Kuan, a 50-year-old former Royal Malaysian Police constable, said the 23-year-old suspect confessed after being asked to give details of where he was and whether anyone saw him with Ng between 1pm and 3pm on Oct 21, the date she was last seen alive.
"He said nobody saw him and the girl in the house and no neighbours saw them leaving. I got suspicious when I started to question him about when the girl was in his house " he said.
Kuan told The Star Online his suspicions were aroused due to the precision of details in the answers given by the suspect.
"His details were very vivid and unnecessarily precise, giving me an exact play-by-play right down to what he was holding in his hands at the time," he said.
He pointed out SMSes from the suspect had abruptly stopped on early Tuesday morning, which also aroused his suspicions.
"If you were actually worried about your friend, you would keep texting and calling, right? He had sent some fake SMSes previously, but they had suddenly stopped," said Kuan.
He said he also questioned the suspect about people who came to the house during the two-hour period.
Kuan said the suspect told him a lorry driver came at 2pm to instruct him to do some work followed by a Malay man who came at 3pm to rent some materials from the suspect.
He added the suspect told him that the lorry driver did not step out of the lorry when speaking to the suspect, but the Malay man entered the compound of the suspect's house - and both did not see Ng.
"I asked him where the girl was and he told me that the girl was in the hall and then he said the view of the Malay man was blocked because he stood at the door. This aroused my suspicions. I asked him to rest before questioning him again, and then he told me the truth," he said.
Kuan said he had examined the suspect's body and he noticed a mark on the top part of his left palm that resembled a bite mark.
Asked how he got involved in the case, he said he had received a call at 4pm on Tuesday from Ng's mother who had asked him for help in locating her daughter.
"I thought it was a normal runaway case but she was adamant that her daughter had not run away and she told me it was urgent so I reached her at the Kelana Jaya LRT station at 5pm and the suspect was also with her. He even offered me a drink at a nearby mamak shop near the LRT," he said.
On his questioning of the suspect, Kuan said he began by asking the suspect simple questions, such as where and when he left Ng.
"I also asked him how he knew the girl and who called the girl to come here and he showed me some SMSes and he said the girl came over to his house to help him to do up his cosplay suit because he cannot wear the suit without her help," he said.
Kuan said he had received messages from the boy's friends and family saying he had not done it.
"But if he didn't do it, how did he know where the body was," he asked.. |

komen2 bodoh yang suruh haramkan anime pastinya tak pernah tengok anime2 berkualiti.
luaskan minda, tambahkan pengetahuan. jangan terus bagi komen kalau baru sekadar tengok 2-3 anime saja.
banyak anime yang berkualiti tinggi, imaginatif, kreatif kat pasaran. pandai2lah pilih. kalau kau bodoh tak reti memlih, sebab tu kau hanya tahu anime2 bodoh aja.
kalau nak haramkan, haramkan sekali drama, movie, handphone, komputer, internet dll. untuk orang bodoh, semua benda2 ni pun boleh memudaratkan. untuk oang bijak, mereka gunakan unutk benda berfaedah.

tu la....akak pun terkejut gak bila budak tu cakap kalu mak dia x mai ambik ,dia balik jln kaki sorg2...akak pun cakap la kat budak tu blah...blah...bila nak tolong antar dia x mau....kalu x boleh gak bagi sedas dua kat mak dia....mak budak tu pun bukannya reja ....
