[QQNews] South Korean marriage referral center "SUNOO Chance Encounter"held a ballot electing the 'most wanted entertainer to marry him(her)'; Asian top star Rain was selected as the "idealbridegroom"...(couldn't figure out which female entertainer was chosen,sorry, hehe)
According to a Taiwan media report, Rain pushedahead Jang Dong-gun by 10.5% of the votes to win the ballot, Thecurrently single Rain is so busy that he does not even have time tosleep, let alone have a girlfriend. Even his manager is unable totolerate watching him and immediately gave remarks that he is aperfectionist, spending 10 hours each day to make a movie, another 10hours to practice his music and resting only 3 hours each day, thuscausing uneasiness to the people around him.
JDG--who is very affectionate and always driving his female fans wild--came out 2nd place.

07.08.11 Rain smiles happily because of the endless Hollywood invitations
Internationalstar Rain receives a few Hollywood movie invitations during his filmingof Wachowski brothers' <Speed Racer> in Berlin, Germany. Thoseare movies in the middle of preparation. He was very happy about it.
Rainplays the role 'Taejo Togokhan' in <Speed Racer>. Hisprofessionality and 'do my very best' attitude gradually spread amongHollywood personnels. Therefore, good movie scripts come in one-by-one.With his sturdy muscles and strong physical strength trained by dances,he is digesting the car racing and action scenes.
Rain'sspokeman said, "Keep receiving new movie scripts in the middle offilming, that actually surprised Rain himself, too. There are moreoverseas scripts than Korea. It's not convenient to reveal anythingnow, but we are looking into some of them seriously."
If so, Rain may pick up another Hollywood movie before the sceening of <Speed Racer> in next spring.
Rain has finished 80% of his scenes in <Speed Racer>. He shall be back to Korea in the end of August.

In whichincluding the news about <D-War> is meant to target at USAmarket. Since Rain is also a newbie in Hollywood movie, he will highlyconcern about <D-War> which will be screened in USA
Raincooperates with Wachowski brothers in the movie <Speed Racer> andhe learnt to adapt the new environment. Without the manager, Rain isonly accompanied by a bodyguard who is also his English teacher and didhis very best in those action scenes.
Although Rain's supportcame from overseas, the box office of<D-War> exceeded 5 millionaudience in the 11th day of screening. The movie distributor, Showboxreleased that this movie has attracted 5.12 million people until August11 and it is the best box office for Korean movie in this year.
Withsuch trend, it is likely that the total audience for this movie mayexceeed 10 million and shortlisted as the top 10 box office like<The Host>, <King's man>.

Rain says "I will be a wonderful Rain that everyone is proud of".
The super star who is filming in Germany brought this message "To be a glorious Rain" to his fans.
In Aug 13 afternoon, Rain left a message with the title "Hi everyone, I'm Rain" to greet his fans.
"It'sbeen a long time to send regards to you all. I heard it rains quiteoften in Korea these days... So you all must really take good care,okay? Health is always the most important." After the greeting, Rainalso described his recent life, "I stay in Berlin for filming. Workingwith nice people is an interesting and marvellous experience to me. SoI'm feeling good."
In addition, he told his fans, "It seemedlike the 5th fanmeeting just ended recently but indeed it was 5 monthsago. After some time, I guess I can meet the new family members from6th Cloud [jj: DING!! :drool: Boss are you trying to hint the opening of CLOUD membership soon?!] I feel sorry for everyone because I can't keep in touch with you all.However, our Cloud family will always be my strength anytime andanywhere. "I will be your Rain, that you are always proud of. Please continue to concern and support me." And Rain ended his message.
Rain flied to Berlin from USA in the end of June for the filming of Wachowski brothers' movie <Speed Racer>.
In the end of this month, Rain shall finish his filming and returns to Korea to finalise several issues such as his agency.
