mcm aku nye training - variation of squat, pushup, deadlift, pullup, row..
pastu utk menyedapkan hati (psikology) - buat lah situp lebih kurang

yg bicycle tuh, untuk abs gak, bnyk dia hit lower abs kalo buat btul.

tp you buat specific untuk abs ni, kurang berkesan untuk buang lemak sebab,
kalori yg digunakan sgtlah sikit. better buat any cardio lain atau sports.

tiada senaman yang khusus untuk buang lemak kat specific parts, you kene faham fungsi fisiologikal badan kita.

tempat pertama simpan lemak ialah perut, tempat LAST badan kita singkir lemak juga ialah perut.   (berbeza ikut genetik)
