actually i knew about atkin semenjak zaman sis peona...ice pun ader kan hehehehe bagus budak ice nih byk info dia bagi...
ok la dulu dlm thn bln 10/11 2003 mocha memang ikut atkin, masa induction tuh memang I strict. kalau tak silap bberapa hr puasa....then tak ingat la
turun berapa kg....tp masa raya cunnn dah body mocha...sebokkk
la biras ngan ipar duai dok risik2 mocha ubat kurus apa.. hehehheeh
tp mocha terus terang jer...tak makan makan nasi ngan roti dan kuih muih...
makan byk protein jer...
then dlm early 2004 mocha pregnant...so apalagi makan pun tak hengat...
at that time mocha craved mostly karbohidrat, berat naik mendadak
my gynea pun dah byk kali advice kurangkan makan carb makan protein
lebih...tapi tak boleh la...yer la mengandungkan kesian kat baby maybe
baby yg nak makan heheheheh....
so after deliver..my baby kecik jer n ringan, that's mean mak dia yg berat lebih so during confinement memang mocha frust sgt sbb badan still gemokkk...bila nak masuk kerja byk baju tak muat nak2 tang punggong
(badan mocha jenis pear tuh) tension seh....actually during confinement mocha dah buat atkin tp terbantut sebab denggi.
so mocha start diet dlm mid jan 2004...so dah dekat 3 bln lebih
kan so bebaru nih timbang my weight dah kurang 8 kg...
i have another 10 to 12 kg or 15 to go....plg best semua baju
dah boleh pakai balik.
so now mocha memang stick to this way of eating....lucky me
because i bukan jenis perut nasi...roti tuh kenkadang jer la terliur...
mocha boleh tak makan nasi selama sebulan straight....
normally my meal mcm nih
breakfast: telur goreng /ayam goreng
lucnh:ayam goreng and tahu sambal/ ikan goreng and tahu sambal n sayur
mlm: telur goreng/udang sambal/ikan gulai/ayam goreng/frankfurter/sayur
nasi: hujung minggu saja (beras kurang kanji) limited to about 3 spoons only
klu hari2 biasa teringin juga limited to 2 spoons only....
air kosong: max mocha minum 2 liter min 1 liter....mocha memang tak minum
air bergula.
ok la tu jer nak kongsi semoga adik2..kakak2 semua terus berusaha utk menguruskan badan heheheheehhe |

(hmmmmmmmm i think it is a good idea to put our starting weight and then report kat sini on a weakly basis..prefer friday...kalau monday cam takde hasil sbb selalu nyer weekend yg paling kantoi !!
i started bad, after my last pregnancy with twins i was all the way up to 68kg... i started atkins when i was 65kg.....sekarang 61kg and i have to go all the way down to 52kg-55kg ideal for my height of 5'6", tapi kalau dapat 55kg pun dah leh raya sakan.
so i will count this week at 61kg...since esok dah thursday..kite report on friday and the following every friday ok?)

Actualy hani stat diet ni isnin 4/4/04. diet ala low fat diet mulanya. tp bila dah surf cari, terjumpa lak ATKIN ni . tu yg jadi lagi semangat nak diet.

berat dulu2 masa anak dara - 48 kg ( berat idaman la nih )
berat masa mula atkin - 62 kg
lepas 1 minggu - 60 kg
tapi hingga sekarang asyik terkantoi je... baru nak serius mula balik.
skang, kira stat ari ni 28/4 - 59 kg... nnti friday report lagi.
ari ni b1st chicken sausage grill + 1 cheddar + guara cafe DCL ( nak try, coz ada yg kata boleh membantu ni. aci tak ??
lunch rasa nak makan ikan bakar + vegi |

etch lizzy dah try gardenia breakthru ni..sedap...bentuk dia pun comey jer...disbbkan harge dia mahal sikit dari roti biase..selalu lizzy makan sorang..hubby beli gardenia yg biase dah dekat2 nak expire kalau roti tak habis lagi...baru jamu kat hubby sekali!! issh isteri mithali betul lizzy ni.
but tak boleh makan roti ni selalu sbb dianyer carbo quite high jugak...we have to take carbo yg at least below 10g...
nanti sat nak bagi info pasal diet according to your blood type ni jap...
khaleeda esok jgn lupe ek...pepagi sebelum datang office gi timbang dulu. |

gi tgk very very usefull!! maybe kalau kite combine dgn high protein low carb and regular exercise, eg. jalan dari computer gi toilet..dari toilet balik mengadap computer balik...gi kat fax machine...lalu tgk boss punye mood...lunch gi jalan2 cari protein food.....gi skodeng kat meje org....

buat exercise dan periksa kalau badan anda mengalami insulin resistance.
tp klu buat diet low carb and high fat memang boleh atasi masalah insulin resistance nih....
to me plg penting ialah knowing yourself first... |

hari ni plak rasa nak makan kek jerrrrr...kek cekelat lak tuh....
diet semalam:
pg:sepotong kek cekelat,air putih
tghari:kerabu,ikan bakar
malam:udang tempura,spinach ommalet(ish,betul ke eja nih?)
diet hari ni:
pg:milo panas dan low salt high fiber cookies
tghari:udang masak merah,spinach dan ikan goreng
mlm:mlm ni rasa cam nak buat nasi goreng udang dan udang tempura lagik jer...~tak puas makan semalam punya |
