cara2 dapat tix nak gi MTV WORLD STAGE 2009 kat genting tuh
Celcom blasts SMS to XPAX customers to notify to reload RM50 to get free MTV voucher.
Customer sends SMS to Celcom to register (Type : REGMTV and send to 28881)
Customer will get SMS notification stating they have been successfully registered
Customer then needs to reload RM50.
