alternative untuk mayo ialah gunakan yogurt.. cari greek yogurt sbb ia plain & tiada garam atau perasa tambahan

eh tak jugak gforce.. puasa mmg turun berat tapi yg turun ialah berat otot, sebab tabiat pemakanan, tidur lari sekejap & air kurang.. selalu raya akan gain balik apa yg hilang tu..

ni senarai peserta yg belum update lagi ye.. start dari Mei ni saya tak bagi reminder kat PM, kecuali pada peserta2 baru je.. so mintakla rajin update berat yek, sebab rajin atau tak tu adalah untuk hasil penurunan berat diri sendiri..

    awalnya En din bg reminder... selalu ptg2 dgn tghari.. heheh

     update pg tadi :  

       berat 56.0kg, bodyfat 32.9%.... naik skit bodyfat% sebanyak 0.02% sbb ahad lps cheat dayyy .. mkn mcm2 yg manis2 .. cake coklat,cheese cake,coklat ferero, air coklat.. segalanya coklat serta maggii 2 round...hehehe...

biasak la lina.. makanan yg x besh ni la yg berkhasiat sbnrnya.. mcm roti gandum.. rasa cam sabun pun ada tp khasiat dia jauh lebih baik dr roti putih biasa tu + kalori pun rendah
