[10.08.02] 4Minutee's Performance in Nagoya + A Short Interview with their Fans, INFO/VID

Several Female KPOP groups are really active on Japanese promotions lately. Some of them are KARA, who has been getting so much attention from Japanese fans because of their popular "hip dance" in the song entitled: "Mister", SNSDwho's expected to release a Japanese Version of their hit song: "Genie," and of course, the fierce girls - 4Minute, which are becoming popular because of their sexy image and style in dancing.

Recently, the girls have been doing a lot of Fan Meeting Events for promoting their second Japanese single entitled: "I My ME Mine." In relation to this, a Japanese show decided to make a visit on the show to have a glimpse of the girls' awesome performance of I My Me Mine, Hot Issue and Muzik. It was also discovered that there were 3000 fans who attended the event despite of too much heat on the open venue. The host also had a short interview with several fans who attended the event.

The fans were asked about their favorite members of the group. The first two girls and some other girls on the end part answered Kim HyunA and stated that they find her very "kawaii" or cute, that basically showed how much popular HyunA is for Japanese girls.

HuH - Hit Your Heart - 4minute
Korean candy-funk sensation 4Minute is back with their follow up to their successful 'For Muzik'. The edginess of their previous album seemed to have been amplified as almost every track is a thundering beat-fest.
The intro track, 'Who's Next?' even features boy group BEAST while title track 'HuH' is highly contagious and should sound at home in clubs. Another notable track is 'I My Me Mine', which is a heavy number that will have you dancing on the floor if you haven't already.
'BaBaBa' on the other hand is a gentler number, demonstrating their versatility. If the tracks aren't enough, there's a wonderful bonus DVD included that features two music videos and some extras that should please fans.

Stage gives way during 4minute’s Inkigayo performance

With 4minute shuttling between Japan and Korea for promotions, a stage giving way during a performance definitely wasn’t on the agenda for the busy 4minute girls.

On the August 8th episode of Inkigayo, the stage gave way without warning midway through 4minute’sI My Me Mine performance. As they begun to sing their second section of the song, you could clearly see at about 1:24 that Sohyun lost her balance and had to hold on to Jihyun to avoid falling down.

As it was a live broadcast, the girls had to be professional about the whole thing and continue to perform, while taking care to avoid the gaping hole.

In the aftermath, fans were relieved that nothing serious happened and praised Sohyun and 4minute for their professionalism and fast reaction. Cube Entertainment officials revealed afterwards that it was a shocking incident but the girls did not suffer any serious injuries.

It could have been much worse, let’s hope it doesn’t happen again!
