Haah pasal kek tu merekah. sebenarnya shida dah lorek atas kek je. tapi sebeba ad merekah, kena taruk cream.

whipping cream ke shida?

pesal kek merekah ekk..ader ke sbb cecair kurang..slalu dengar derang kata kalu baine marie..kek x kan merekah..btuilker?
saya buat x penah merekah lagik..agaknyer nasib saya la kot..tp mmg saya baine marie semua kek cheese yg bakar

kekadang ada gak merekah. mungkin terlebih masa memasak. shida bakar macam tu je pasal basednya biskut. kalau tak de base atau base sponge kek baru shida buat steam bake. yang atas tu shida gunakan fresh cream jenis manis.

saya ader beli whip cream yg brand anchor tuh...x guna lagik..so saya boh lam tmpt feeezer tuh..
btul ker ader yg kata x leh letak kat situ..sepatutnyer boh kat bwh tmpt biase jer ker?

lagi satu nk tnyer..whip cream tu..x sama ngan fresh cream ker?

simpan ikut arahan. kalau kata dalam freezer, maka simpan dalam freezer. kalau kata tak perlu, maka tak perlu le. ada jenis yang simpan dalam freezer iaitu hanan's.

whipping cream ada 2 jenis. satu yang manis & satu yang tak manis. yang manis ni untuk hias kek. yang tawar tu boleh buat carbonara sauce.

shida tak ingat le pakai brand apa. bakers mix kut. keluaran anchor rasanya.

saya lupa pulak resepi yg mana tapoi ni resepinya camni (ni di paste dar thread ni, maaf ya tuannya, saya lupo sapa punya):


Cheese cake
kek span
atau
120g biskut
60g mentega

250g cream cheese philadelphia
60g gula
200 ml fresh cream/whipping cream
1 biji telor
1 sudu besar lemon juice

#semua saya blender sekali..pakai blender ja..kalau cam tersekat2...kacau sket pastu blender lagi..tapi make sure lah    cream cheese tu dah lembut ..maknanya tak ler keras kejung keluar dari peti ais..

pastu letakkan kek span kat dalam springfoam...tuang adunan cream cheese tadi..unutk jadikan cam rupa kek dalam gambar tu...amik sikit cream cheese tu..campurkan dengan sedikit serbuk koko yg dilarut kan dgn air panas ataupon pakai jer kalau ada coklat cair hershey(sp??)..pastu buat bulatan besaq..kemuadian bulatan kecik sket..seterusnya sampai            tengah..pastu amik lidi...tarik dari tengah..garisan ....jadilah cam spider web tu...

then bakar for 30 min..sejukkan for 3 hour...itu sahaja..

kalau dari kek saya tu..saya  pakai springfoam saiz 20cm.

selamat mencuba..resepi yang mudah ni...

Nota: saya guna base biskut marie+ milo sikit. coklat tu, saya guna choc emulco je. Saya bakar lebih kurang 40-45 min dgn suhu 160C

shida.....eena mmg fail bab2 benda alah niiiii. kalu yg manis utk kek dia tulis ape ekhhh kat kotak tu? guna this one lagik simple ekhhh dr guna butter cream. sedap pom mesti sedap lemak jekkk. terror shidaaa......:clap:

eena, shida pakai bakers mix. shida ada beli yang tawar brand emborg. kotak kaler ijau. nanti le shida amik gambar.

ooooo emborg tu tawar ekhhhh.....eena selalu beli yg ni kalu nak buat cheesecake. nanti kalu shida ade yg jenis manis tu shida tlg tepek kan kat sini ekhhh.......eeee eena ni mmg fail n jahil bab2 menda alah niiii kalu bakers mix ni beli kat mane shida...
