Bell nak tanya kat pakar2 sumer... kalau resepi roylazim tu bell cuba doublekan ingredients dia... agak2 berapa lama ek kena bakar? 1 jam gak ker atau kena tambah sket lagi? tak berani lak nak bukak oven & cucuk kek tu...kang kempis lak..heheh

kak bell, kalau double kak bell kena kurangkan suhu sedikit & bakar lebih lama. kalau kek besar, suhu perlu dikurangkan dan masa memasak agak panjang. kalau kek kecil, suhu tinggikan sedikit & masa memasak lebih pendek. don't worry kalau lepas sejam tu bila buka oven kek tak akan turun. shida dah pernah buat. normally ambil masa 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 jam.

muuaahhhh....thanks a lot shida :hatdown: actually ada org order marble choc. cheese cake tu tapi nak double. risau gak...kang tersalah set suhu & masa...tak pasal2 kena buat lagi sekali heheh

CHILLED BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE

Bahan Base
150 gm biskut chipsmore [mesinkan/hancurkan halus]  ~~ maybe 1 cawan biskut
2 s/b butter [suhu bilik]

Bahan Kerim
250 gm cheese cream philidephia ~~ 1 buku keju krim tu
300 ml yogurt [perisa buah ] ~~ 2 cawan yogurt dutchlady
100 gm gula halus [gula kastor] ~~ 1/2 cawan gula halus
100 gm ice-cream vanilla ~~ 1/2 cawan ice-cream

Larutan agar-agar cair [panaskan]
130 ml air
1 s/b agar-agar serbuk cap BINTANG..kalau NONA ~~ gunakan 1 paket

Hiasan [kacau sebati]
Filling blueberry ~~ 1/2 cawan filling
1 s/b air suam

Cara
1. Alaskan loyang cheesecake 8 inci dengan kertas kek [kertas A4 pun ok]
2. Gaulkan biskut chipsmore dengan butter dan tekankan dalam loyang.
3. Pukul cheese cream dan gula sehingga kembang [sebati].
4. Masukkan yogurt dan ice-cream dan kacau rata
5. Masukkan larutan agar-agar cair dan kacau sebati.
6. Masukkan dalam loyang. Sejukkan dalam petisejuk beberapa jam.
7. Keluarkan dan letakkan filling blueberry.
8. Hidangkan.

resepi kata guna tepung naik sendiri + baking powder..
so soklannya berbunyi begini..

dah guna self raising flour lagi mau taruk baking powder ker?!

Tak pernah buat cheese cake ni sebab ingatkan susah sangat. Bila tgk resepi kat sini n pengalaman yg dah mencuba, nampaknya macam senang je.. So, sempena bday hubby, saya pun mencubalah. Cuba yg simple dulu, sbb tak kompiden...
Komen: Disebabkan lupa nk letak alas kertas, susah sikit nk keluarkan dr base loyang sebb base biskut tu    melekat. Rsanya nyum.. nyum... macam yg Secret Receipe la... Nnt nk cuba yg frozen, yg kukus pulak. Kek saya sememeh sikit. Kat atas tu dah        kena colek dek anak...
Tkasih kawan2 semua dgn ilmu yg amat berguna ni. Moga2 suami kita makin sayang lah ya..   hehheee :tq:
