Representing the nation of Korea, idol groups Big Bang, 4minute, and BEAST will be attending Annual United Nations World Peace Festival from July 23rd to 25th. This extravagant event will be held in Osaka, Japan for three consecutive days.
The three groups will be performing alongside other nations' representative artists like Japan's Crystal Kay, AAA, Speed, Do As Infinity, and more.
Cube Entertainment said, "On the day itself, UN will be presenting badge of appreciation to 4Minute and BEAST for attending the charity event."
[10.07.20] Battle between 4Minute, SNSD and Kara in Japan, NEWS
4Minute, SNSD and Kara will be having their Japanese works on sale respectively in Japan next month. Being the most iconic girl groups of the K-Pop industry in the first half of the year, the battle of Hallyu girl groups is carried on to Japan. Although SNSD has been claiming the top spot in Korea, Kara and 4Minute have been preparing themselves for the Japanese market since May.
SNSD will be holding a showcase in Tokyo on 25th August while Kara will be releasing their new album on the 11th followed by various promotional activities such as handshaking sessions and public showcases starting on the 14th.
4Minute on the other hand will be using I My Me Mine from the group's second mini album as the title track for the Japanese single and attending various events. I My Me Mine is expected to expand the group's Asian market after the first attempt with Muzik. According to Cube Entertainment, "They will enter the Japanese market at the end of the month and attend various shows."

4minute's new single will be released on July 28. However, first it has been released today, July 21, on mobile download site Recochoku.
"I My Me Mine" is 4minute's second Japanese single, and this stylish song is a Japanese version of the track recently included on their second mini album in Korea, "Hit Your Heart." Joining the song on the new single is their first ever Japanese original song, "Goodbye." The original version of "HuH" has also been included.
There are 9 versions of the song that one can download on Recochoku. To commemorate the digital release, lucky downloaders will be chosen to receive autographs from the girls, or the grand prize, an specially-made alarm clock. 4minute will record a special greeting for the winner in which they call out his or her name as the alarm, so this is really a special gift. Therefore, let's grab the chance and start downloading!
4minute will be implementing events to coincide with the release of "I My Me Mine." This includes a performance in Tokyo at the Tokyo Dome City LaQua Garden Stage, the Asunal Kanayama in Naogya and Namba Parks Canyon Court in Osaka.

4Minute's youngest member,Kwon So Hyun couldn't hold back her tears when she saw her mother,who was invited to watch the group perform.
On July 9,4Minute was filming a tv program,"Chingu Day" (Friend's day) and performed their hit songs in MTV's Seoul studios.
Along with their families and friends,girlgroup Secret was especially invited to the event and gave their support to 4Minute's members.Heo Ga Yoon played the role of a host during the interview portion.
The maknae of the group revealed that since her trainee days to being an artist , she has been experiencing a lot.She continued by saying that being an idol star,she has to follow a hectic schedule and because of her busy life,being now a member of 4Minute,she didn't have time to meet her family and to see her mother.She added that when her mood is down,her fellow members are always here to comfort her and support her.
Her mother was introduced to the public and invited on stage,a surprise appearance,which left So Hyun speechless.When she saw her mother for the first time in ages,So Hyun was deeply moved.A touching moment shared with her closest friends,which lead So Hyun to finally break into tears.

On the most recent recording of KBS2TV’s Star Golden Bell 1st Grade 1st Class, Lee Joon finally talked about this matter, as it has almost been a month since it was revealed by Hyuna herself on Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time radio show.
One of the MC’s, Shin Jung Hwan, asked him, “How do you feel about Hyuna picking you as her ideal type?” Lee Joon responded by saying, “It’s an honor. Though I really don’t know why she picked me out of all people.”

Super rookie singer,G.NA - who debuted with her very first single "I'll Back Off So You Can Live Better" a few days ago, invited her fellow Cube artists on stage for special appearances.
The MV for "I'll Back Off So You Can Live Better" featured Beast's Yoon Doojoon as her boyfriend and Beast's rapper,Yong Junhyung who also performed live on music broadcasts.
For the sake of variety and to thank her fellow Cube friends, G.Na will be performing her title song respectively with Mario on this week's Music Core, BEAST's Doojoon and 4Minute's Hyun Ah this week and upcoming weeks,after performing with Junhyung.
