BTW, it's really normal for the non-Muslims esp. the Chinese to question the Golden Age of Islam. It's really normal. I remember during my school days when we had our science class. Our teacher (she's a non-Muslim) talked abt Ibnu Sina, a Muslim who contributed a lot to the medical world & there was one fat Chinese student giving this face gesture. It was really very irritating. Really, it's very normal! I'm okay with that!

Halal has a VERY BROAD DEFINITION. It's not only abt slaughtering animals in accordance to the Islamic law. It's more than that - the food must be clean & good for health & safe for consumption. That's what HALAL IS ALL ABT. |

The so-called GOLDEN ERA that muslims like to proudly brag was not INSPIRED BY Islam but was IN SPITE OF Islam.
The so-called GOLDEN ERA that muslims proudly brag... was due to Greek ideas...
Ibnu Sina... aka Avicenna was an intelligent Persian... he learned from the works of Greek philosophers and mathematicians, such as Aristotle, Galen, Hippocrates... etc...
Ibnu Sina questioned many Islamic fundamental ideas... he was even been prisoned...
Imam Al-Ghazali like most other mullahs branded the skeptic Ibnu Sina as a heretic... a kafir.
No wonder your Chinese fatso friend made faces when your teacher bluffed about the"GOLDEN ERA" of Islam... the era was not due to Islam... but in-spite-of Islam... |

There's nothing wrong with learning from others or technology transfers - nothing to be ashamed of rather than be an empty drum who loves making big noises like you!!!!!! No one is bragging here & in future don't simply make assumptions b'coz people who make assumptions got nothing to be proud of. They fail to rationalize based on hard facts but instead based their judgement on their emotions. BTW, I don't assume when I can smell you're "mixing" your personal with the discussion here.
I don't like people making facial expression b'coz they look so stupid & so LOW - SUCKS & ALSO UGLY. You're one of them & again I don't assume.

I don't care. If I were you, I won't be interfering with others' problems eventhough they're my sisters/brothers or relatives. Let them resolve their family problems without involving other family members. People got to stop meddling with others' affairs & start concentrating on their own lives. Some old fashioned people - busy body & kepoh people like you!!! |
