Yes itu yg sebaiknya bg nampak clear. Dan dlm masa yg sama interview kdg2 akan request candidate draw dia punya current dept org chart & reporting structure

Hahaaa tgk current company punya structure & position candidate dlm comp tu....ckp saja sapa pun bleh, so kna tgk dia draw position dia.
Resign tu blakang kira, yg penting nak candidate terbaik utk fill the post

Dress appropriately....jgn selekeh!

ako nie laki er....hebat jgk kan..mcm2 kije ako wat..multiwork nie...
kalau pi mana2 sure blh dpt kije...sbb good exp...

sambil2 cari2 la kije lain yg setarad dngnnya..

comby pun dlu ade exp kije construction...pnh kan transfer site kat kL & Muar project, wat site accounts, tp sbb gegurl kan, fmly xbg duk site....tp mmg pgalaman yg best....kije const nie bnyk exp.....

I said: engineer 2 org, drafting 2 org...

Boss: I'm sure will guide you. You will go to meeting with me... when they are familiar with you, then I will let u go alone...

Oh my.... so ako accept keje ni... mid April ako start keje. Surat keje pon dah dpt... dia janji nk bagi esok... TD check email, dah Ada...

Iye r... wat apa nk simpan ako lagi kan? Klu day xsuka lepas kan aje... nnti awal bulan dah boleh panggil org baru masuk... hehehehe
