masa sblm raye aritu aku beli baju saiz s..yela masa tu pose..kebuncitan belom ketara lg..baru2 ni aku try pkai..pehh..sendat gile kat bhgn perut..dah mcm org mgandung lak kekdahnya..

Kurangkan minum ais.... lagi satu masa mkn jgn disulami dgn minum... Nak minum pun 10 minit lepas habis mkn...

lagi satu masa mkn jgn disulami dgn minum - aku bukn jenis minum smbil bersulam air kecuali pedas

Nak minum pun 10 minit lepas habis mkn - pas makan mmg aku terus tegok air..ni da tau aku tgu 30 min ( baru 2 hari amalkan)

ada gak tbaca dlm majalah cara2 nk kecilkan pewot yg boncit.. sapu kapur sirih + air limau nipis kt pewot yg bmasalah bt setiap mlm sblm tido so sepanjang mlm biarkn kering.. Insyallah kita try sama2..

Ada lg cara nk buang lemak, ambik buah pinang (org mkn sirih guna tu) tumbuk2 sampai jd serbuk, setiap ari ambik dlm 1sudu kecil serbuk pinang campurkn ngan air panas biar semlman keesokkan nya minum sekali ngan serbuk tu.. Insyallah blh mbantu.. try dulu br tau..

sapu ngan krim mustajab mmg ok tp kena rajin la myapu ari2 kalo nk ada result yg baik tp kalo on off on off mmg lambtla.. pas makan br minum air or tggu 30min br minum jgn semasa mkn selang seli minum air mmg tk elok..

Kalo nk hakis lemak + kulit cantik blh try ni mmg mkn masa tp alhamdulillah baik unt kesihatan.. Ambik bekas air or tupperware masukkn air masak or air tapis potong sebijik lemon (yg kuning tu) potong keping2 m'bulat tu pastu masukkn dlm bekas air or tupperware td, tutupkn n biarkn so bila dahaga juz minum air tu kalo air dh kurang tambh air je biarkn lemon tu dlm bekas air. Guna lemon tu unt 2hari pas2 tukar lemon yg br ulang buat tanpa kita sedari ada resultnya tambh plak kalo mkn mknan yg bminyak2.. Sy bw air ke ofis pn letakkn lemon kedlm air, sedap n bkhasiat.. slamat mcoba ye..
