The pop and R & star known as Beyonce has surprised young fans at Target. It was a certain bunch of kids today that got to meet the powerful singer, it wasn’t so much the bargains, it was meeting one of their favorite performers. It occurred in East Harlem in New York City this afternoon.
The 29-year-old Beyonce got all glammed up to help celebrate the store’s one-year anniversary with kids from the local Boys & Girls Club.
In addition to greeting her admirers with a warm hug, B’ joined them, dancing to her latest hit, “Countdown.”

With Beyonce’s new album, ‘4’ set to debut at #1 in over 14 countries, I think it was only fitting that she gave us a sneak peek into what went into making, what I feel will become a classic Beyonce album to add to her already impressive catalog. Check out the full documentary below, where the international superstar chronicles exactly what went into creating her highly anticipated fourth album.
That was absolutely incredible, the documentary shined a brand new light on how important this album was to her and shows just how much she is in control her career and the legacy she is creating.

Beyonce is the second Female Artist in HISTORY to see her first four studio albums debut at #1 on the Billboard 200 in a row.
It's the diva's fourth solo No. 1 -- and fourth studio set to top the list. She's only the third act -- and second woman -- to see their first four studio albums debut atop the Billboard 200.
It looks like Beyonce's "4" album is going to hold at No. 1 for a second week on the Billboard 200, as a serious lack of high-powered new releases won't post a threat to the diva's station atop the list.
Beyonce's "4" bowed at No. 1 this past week with 310,000 according to Nielsen SoundScan -- marking the leading lady's fourth solo No. 1 album.

Beyoncé has promoted her latest album 4 by projecting images from the LP across London.
The singer, who topped the charts with the record last week, cast the album's artwork on a number of the city's landmarks, including Madame Tussauds and Battersea Power Station.
The star's fourth studio set entered at number one last Sunday after selling 31,000 copies, and is on course to spend a second week at the chart summit following her well-received performance at this year's Glastonbury festival.
The record's second cut, called 'Best Thing I Never Had', also entered the official singles chart at number three.
