Tgk design pun ada faulty...pintu bilik utama tu kalau dibukak akan tutup sebahagian toilet...kebodohan apakah itu?? Mmg projek asalkan siap je ni, yg penting developer untung beratus juta...tamak

Dah le rupa mcm vertical setinggan..kalau terlalu padat maintenance semakin tinggi...sampah mgmt lagi, lif nak kena menten selalu..kalau hujan masuk air tak kat hujung veranda tu? Kalau masuk esok dinding pulak berkulat, cat berkuping...pool gym segala mesti berlumut dan penuh virus/bacteria kalau x diselanggara every week..sbb tu maintenance mahal diorg dah calculate all the problems...itupun kalau selanggara la...biasanya dpt duit maintenance separuh tu lesap gitu jek kecuali jmb yg sgt amanah jaga duit

Projek ni berapa total pintu rumah ni?kolam tu baper butir?aku ngk ke apartment dekat putrajaya bila weekend...beratur kete parking luar...iitu baru berapa blok...agaknya sini seme pakai public transport eh?

Ada lebih 5000 unit rumah rasanya.. sebab tu la kedai makan ada lebih 20 bijik kat bawah.. tak tipu, memang 20 bijik.. 15 buah kedai mamak, selebihnya kopitiam dan kedai makan melayu

Sekarang owner belum dapat kunci lagi, kalau dah mula masuk kelak tak tau la jem camne jalan sungai besi tu kelak

Projek ni asalnya 1 phase je.. Tak crowded mcm ni. Pastu laku cam goreng pisang panas.. Tu yg developer asyik tambah phase baru.. Tiap kali tambah, tiap kali laku

Sape yg dok sini, kalau naik mrt p keje tu takpe. Sape yg drive, oooi pengsan

Berpeluh jugak nak berjalan ke stesen MRT tu walau ada covered walkway sekerat-sekerat. Lepas tu kena hati-hati lintas jalan. Nanti kena langgar kereta pulak..Bagi orang yg kerja di KL dan naik MRT aje ok la bagi aku. Tapi bagi aku agak seram nak tunggu lif 50 tingkat..

Design layout rumah selangorku yg kat elmina tu lagi lawa. Nampak airy dengan terang. Suka sangat pasal ada 3 yard dengan bilik semua menghadap ke belakang.
