Kena faham realiti ramai yg mampu pungpang2 pantang bersalin ni x boleh tu x boleh.. pantang kencing manis x ramai even dlm famili i pon cmtu la.. klu nmpk org bersalin x ikot pantang diorang kemain sumpah kita sakit mcm2.. tp diorang x pantang kencing manis ,x ingat pulak penyakit apa bakal tiba

hidop tertekan dgn harga naik ke hulu ke hilir.. tapi berlambak2 gemok kaa obesiti ka apa kaa..

dulu. macai2 politaik hancing acah2 jadi juara rakyat kununn hidop tertekan.. ajaq rakyat yg dah lembik.. teruih jadi lembik.. laa ni dapat laa hasil..

Tu la..pdhal org berpantang bersalin ni kalo ikutkan bg je makanan berkhasiat..Lg cpt sembuh..kesian tgk mn yg kn mkn ikan kering je.. pd aku yg berpantang bersalin tu ikut la dia org nk mcm mn.. bdn masing2 x Sama..mcm aku x leh mkn ikan merah ms berpantang..jd bisa2.. ikut ckp doctor pakar mkn kari..elok pulak bdn x rs sejuk pun .x yah mkn jamu segala bagai.. tp tgk pola pemakanan org skrg,org yg dah sakit kencing manis.. kesian ke anak2 kecik2 la..anak kecik2 x tau pe2 Kan..

Setuju.
Healthy lifestyle x semestinya kena gi gym, kena keluar berbasikal berlari ber outdoor bagai.

Apa2 yg sesuai kat sekeliling pun dah ok.

Nk kurus jgn minum air manis, jgn amik gula, kurang garam and minyak. Mmg korang akan rasa beza lps 2 minggu.
Bagi iols yg dah exercise ke gym, yoga,hiking, berbasikal...senaman yg paling2 bagus adalah BRISK WALKING & JOGGING ya...
