Waktu nak buka penutup periuk untuk masukkan bahan-bahan tadi, ia macam tersekat dan ketat. Saya minta adik tolong, pun tak boleh. Saya fikir, tak apalah... lagi setengah jam saya buat semula.


Kalau yuu dah bukak tapi xboleh tersekat..mmg kena seal tutup balik mcm biasa..aii assume dia xpusing balik tutup periuk tu that why meletop sbb pressure dlm tu xstabil..

Siannya. Jd ps ni tak boleh sebarangan bukak  ek. Tak beli coz tak brani pakai. Arwah nenek dulu melecur sbb termos pecah.

Boleh guna periuk nasi biasa juga untuk merebus. Nak lembutkan daging ayam pencen 1jam 30 minit setel dah.

Nasib baik dia recover well. Takut nk guna sbb ni bkn pestaim dgr periuk pressure cooker ni meletup. Salah satu cara nk bg cepat lembut daging ni, bila masak tu, buh sudu besi satu kt dlm periuk. Ni dah proven sbb mak aku buat.

lama noksss. kalau pc 45mins tulang, 40mins daging, 30mins ayam dgn kakiayam lembut, kukus nasi 5mins, msk nasi 8mins, rebus ketupat nasi adabi tu 20mins je instead of 90mins. porridge pun 20mins ready to eat. lain2 nak saute ke apa pun kejap je. ni i punya multicooker la. i suke msk tp x suke dok dapur lama2 even smbil2 blh buat kerja lain pun rs tak tenang.
tapi kes meletop ni lagiiii buat iols tak tenang

kenape kene gune pressure cooker untuk masak sup tulang?

i buat mee kuah - we all rebus je sup tulang macam baise, gune periuk alumnimum ( yeah what to do ) masak macam biase , okay je?

so, lagi satu - pressure cooker yg berkualiti - brand ape yg dipercayai selamat?

Iols x pakai pressure cooker pun penah kena benda meletup tau...sejenis gelas kaca lak tu... Di kedai mamak... Tiba2 je gelas tu meletup, berkecai... Nasib air panas tu kena seluar jeans...xla terus kena kulit... Tak pernah selama ni minum dimana2 gelas boleh pecah berderai mcm tu...kdg2 kita pun x terpikir boleh jadik mcm tu... Just kena hati2 bila handle benda2 yg bkn kepakaran kita...baca manual dan phmkan cara penggunaan sblm, semasa,sesudah guna utk elak benda2 yg x diingini...

Even air fryers explode. Everything in today's time, if not well maibtained or well kept or used for too long can explode.

Guna utk rebus tulang sj


Sama juga I. Rebus utk lembutkan je. Lepas sejuk masuk pot dlm fridge. Bila lemak dah beku di surface tu, buang lemaknya. Tumis bawang dll dlm pan lain, kemudian tuang ke pc pot tu

Brand ni was my first pressure cooker years ago. Memang ada masa susah nak buka. Lagi satu susah nak adjust time etc( maybe i punya model yg lama...yg sekarang tak pasti). After that i pakai brand2 lain yg lebih mudah utk diguna.
