i banyak buat brisk walking & jogging 7am-9am setiap pagi ... so, memang sunscreen tu vital for me. ada org suggest sunplay spf120 ni, i pun try la, tapi muka berjelaga teruk!! sebelum tu, i pakai chanel sunblock spf50, elok je kulit tapi poket la menjerit tak tahan.
yang i cuba ok for me
- cetaphil spf50 - ok & a bit oily so, ada nampak mcm shining la
- la roche-posay anthelios SPF50 anti shine, dry matte.
- estee lauder re-nutriv UV base spf50 (ini poket menjerit lagi kuat dari chanel nun ... ), tapi boleh beza la texture & effectivenya
- shiseido botol biru tu - memang best tapi ada sikit whitecast utk org kulit tak berapa cerah. but new formula dia kureng sikit la.
boleh dikatakan cetaphil & la roche-posay tu ok la sikit dari segi harga & protection ... muka tak jelaga walaupun after 2 hours running under sun.

cerave ni memang my favourite moisturizer - dah 4 tube dah. but i pakai yg Facial moisturizing lotion PM. memang sgt2 hydrating. masa pi umrah baru ni pun, i just pakai cerave & la roche posay sunblock. Alhamdulillah, kulit muka tak kering & tak teruk berjelaga walaupun tawaf before zohor & asar.

Beli serum vitamin c sis.. utk repair post sun-tan or sun-burn..
La roche posay tu mcm femes jugak kan.. kat watson pun ada i nampak..
Now i tengah gigih habiskan ample-N sunscreen 4 tiub ni.. huhuhuhu
Wah u baru balik umrah ke.. mesti ada berselisih ngn PIL i depa duk sana sebulan.. baru je balik 14 november baru ni.. diorang gi 2nd week october... |

vit C serum memang in my routine - i dah pakai byk jenis dari korean, japan sampai ke la western,
yg paling i suka, best & works well on me - Melano CC - poket pun happy, kalau sale dlm rm50plus je
ha ah .. i pi mid Oct balik hujung oct. envy sgt org boleh pi sampai sebulan. ni cuti 2 minggu pun, ada meeting yg kena masuk. nasib baik la timing meeting tu lepas subuh. kalau kacau waktu solat, memang i ignorekan je ... hahahaha ...

MIL i kena mild covid... 2 round antibiotik juga laa baru sembuh... FIL i takde pape plak.. diorng ni gi beramai2 dengan geng2 retire diorang... PIL adik i pun ada skali join... diorang pun takde kena covid, cuma suara laa mcm ada flu sikit tp x perlu makan ubat pun...
depa ni lepas gian sbb lama tak ke mekah PKP 2 tahun.. biasanya PIL i gi selama 2 minggu je setiap tahun.. |

Alhamdulillah, dipermudahkan semuanya. Kat sana, healthy like a horse. balik sini, on 2nd day malam baru demam sikit sebab perubahan cuaca kot, lepas tu back to normal. takde batuk2, just gatal2 tekak. i think 2nd booster does help other than amalkan manuka honey setiap hari. Even my sis yg selalu kalau kat sana batuk2 teruk pun, this time around mild je batuk2.
rasa sekejap sgt masa 12 hari tu berlalu. sampai agensi antar message jadual pergerakan balik next day, baru kami kalut nak cari buah tangan utk bawak balik. 
anyway, kat sana ada jugak masuk Nahdi pharmacy, tengok harga cerave double dari kat UK.  terus tak jadi nak tambah stock.

Azam baru.. Nak sapu SPF50 kat tangan dan lips.. i simpan juga stok 2 products ni kat ofis... supaya lekat habit baru ni.. kat rumah sunscreen kat tangan brand watson, spf50 juga...
Habit sapu sunscreen kat muka dah OK... dah jumpa sunscreen yang serasi dengan muka... Ample N.. mmg takmo tukar lah kot.. muka tak oily...
cuma kat tangan dan bibir tu selalu terlupa dan tak amek pot.. belah malam sapu lip sleeping mask... |

MIL i nampak cam dah okay ni.. reda dah panas badan dia... dia ade amal habbatus sauda and madu.. few days ago dia start ambil ubat cair kahak and byk kahak dah longgar and mudah keluar.. itu yang temperature dah turun...
BTW, i do noticed kat sana mcm mahal je semua barang kat pharmacy.. i think sbb some of the products tu made in EU, instead of tempat kita made in thailand (contoh nya Olay)...
I suka juga beli milo serbuk kat sana.. rasa lebih coklat dan lebih halus... tp i beli tin kecil je la buat minum2 sendiri kat bilik.. |

Lagi satu I nak suggest buat dermapen.
Suitable nak buang brown spot and generate new collagen for ladies umur 35tahun ke atas.
Tapi Dermapen ni under maintenance category la. Kena repeat selalu.

For product I pakai this..
Morning:-
Vitamin C from Sephora as Serum
Vitamin E from from Skin Lab as moisturizer
SPF 50 sunscreen Heliocare 360
Malam :-
Retinol Olay + moisturizer retinol ( 2times a week )
Vitamin Potion Oil + moisturizer from Cuura Brand ( 3times a week )
BHA toner + moisturizer from Cuura Brand ( once a week )
Once a week I akan deep clean with purifying mask cosmoderm + lepas pakai Dr Morito mask sheet.
Ini kalau I rajin la. Kalau tidak maintain with routine I share kat atas tu.

Aci tak i nak menjawab.. hahaha sbb i penah le pakai spf brand mahai2 tp bukan estee lauder la.. estee lauder ni i pakai skincare & serum ANR je
For me.. spf ni tak baloi beli brand mahal sbb it is just a sunscreen.. kalo mineral its zinc or titanium oxide.. kalo chemical its avobenzone etc tu.. nothing special.... regardless the brand.. bagi i lah... |

I ni walaupun dah 40 tapi kalau pakai moistruzer sangat boleh naik jerawat.
Just imagine selama ni muka tak pernah naik jerawat tapi masuk 40an terus jerawat.
My Dermatologist cakap I kena hormone acne .
Adoi...stress!
So far I pakai Vitamin E from skin lab mcm I update atas tu.
Nak cuba new brand yg mesra pocket.

mcm muka i ni, pakai vit E, cepat je naik jerawat .. so i just guna vit c pagi & malam retinol
moisturizer - i pakai cerave ..ataupun skrg ni peptide moisturizer the inkey list (beli kat sephora)

I dari dulu pun tak invest sangat pun skincare ni. Maybe invest serum tapi yg lain2 dari drugstore saja.
mix and match macam tu.
Macam cleanser semua tu I pakai from Cosmoderm saja. Dulu I pernah buat facial dengan one beautician ni. Before dia buka mobile spa. Dia kerja dalam kecantikkan with one big International compony. Dia kata Cosmoderm paling bagus and price friendly cuma tak segah compared brand lain. Maybe marketing dia kurang.
For oversea brand the best is Olay.
Dia cakap tak payah invest dekat Big brand sangat. Cukup from drugstore range kalau kita pandai mix and match.
So for Cleanser, toner, day cream and night cream I pakai from Cosmoderm + Olay saja.
Tapi I invest dekat Serum and Sunscreen.
Eye cream selalu I minta free dekat sales girl kalau I beli serum tu 
Sebab muka I ni cepat immune so I keep change la brand or range.

The sun block dan serum yg u pakai semasa tawaf tu ada fragrance tak?
I nak pakai untuk buat umrah nanti. setakat ni jumpa semua yang ada bau.
