kalau snp + loan agreemnt berapa biasa lawyer charge?

lagi satu berapa biasany ...

lawyer charge utk snp & bank agreement adalah standard mengikut percent yang telah ditetapkan...so gunakanlah contoh pengiraan yang  anis bagi kat mukasurat 3 tu..lain2 charge pun lebih kurang jer mcm yang anis bagi tu...dari pengiraan tu baru leh tau baper amount u kena bayar sebab ianya bergantung pada harga rumah dan jumlah loan yang u ambil..

jika tak berpuashati dgn kadar disbursement/other fees yang diaorang kenakan kat kita....kita leh argue dgn pihak diaorang...pastikan ada sedikit ilmu utk patahkan hujah2 mereka...mcm kos duty stamp, pengiraan utk yuran guaman dah ditetapkan percent dia...

yuppp....tapi ianya hanya boleh dituntut sekali saja...tak silap utk rumah berharga bawah 250k boleh buat tuntutan diskaun 50% ni...tapi jika sebelum ni dah pernah buat tuntutan diskaun 50% ni...dah tak boleh tuntut diskaun 50% tu lagi...

hanya untuk pembelian hartanah yang berharga RM250,000 ke bawah. Stamp duty di beri diskaun 50% sehingga end of 2010

lawyer yg developer pilih untuk rumah yg saya beli nie pun tak bg kurang even 1 sen........mintak lebih lg ada la....saya dah bayar ikut bill yg dia bg tp ritu call lg mintak tambah RM60 lg sbb dia kata loan 2 nama kena tambah RM90, RM30 dah masuk dlm bill so RM60 ja dia lupa...boleh lak cm tu?????

nie la detail apa yg aku dah bayar lawyer untuk loan 2 nama.

skrg minta tambah RM60 lg...........tolong advise lawyer nie overprice or ikut standard price??

disbursement fee nie just untuk loan agreement ja tau.....belum masuk S&P punya....kalau takda less 50%+20%, dekat RM2000 gak

bila kita nk beli rmh kita kena tahu bkn sekadar perlu sediakn deposit jer..kos guaman utk s&p dan loan mmg tinggi ikut hg belian dan loan...utk legal cost ada scale yg perlu diikuti dibawah Solicitors Remuneration Ordinance so p mana2 loyer pn sama gak...disbursement tu semua sama sbb calculation stamp duty utk pindahmilik, gadaian bank mmg da fix calculation except property subject to 50% dis (prop below 250k yg mana valid smp end of 2010, sekali je blh dpt)..bg loan lak klu islamic ada 20% dis utk PSA...klu beli dr devlepoper lak ada dis pd legal fees dimana % ikut scale yg ditetapkan.

registration lak ikut negeri,setiap negeri xsama..kaveat, land search pn xsama bayaran tiap negeri..aku rs negeri jhr paling mahal registration ..sbb ikut nilai harta tersebut ada yg registration pindahmilik sahaja 5k so jgn terkejut...

tp aku x salahkn client klu depa bising2 pasal kena byr loyer mahal, pihak loyer/clerk perlu jelaskn secara berhemah ketika client dtg dan client jgn lak trs nk serang jer bila tgk bill, tanya mana xfhm/jelas.

so sapa boleh tempek bill kt sini lg ok....boleh la tgk negeri mana mahal negeri mana murah sikit......PA berapa org pun ada sangkut paut jugak......loan aku dgn affin, affin guna 2 org PA...so kena tambah RM60.....most;y bak lain sorg ja......islamic loan lak ada extra document...so kena byr extra lg........tak islamic la cm tu......

Anis tak boleh nak tolong compare the bill dgn yg matbuq dapat sebab kos tersebut telah dibayarkan oleh pihak bank...so utk loan agreement, anis mmg tak keluar duit satu sen pun...

bagus tul la bank tu....leh bgtau bank apa? ritu survey maybank, public, hongleong, RHB, CIMB, bank islam, bank rakyat semua tak da free pun.....customer sendiri bayar....
