dudok kt kl
ofis kat2 ngan upm serdang...
aku dah try nak main kt court upm tu... kan byk gila court dia... ade belas2 court... tapi tak bleh... hanya utk student dan staff upm...
ade sape2 warga upm kt sini.. ajak laa aku main.. hehehe...

akughi.. nnt aku ronda2 laa kt cyberjaya tu... kalu port baik... tak jauh sgt... bole laa aku join... hehehe

patutnya sini citer pasal camne nak slim kan badan... hehehe...
tapi takde ape2 update pun...

btw... aku dah 2 bulan... malam tak makan nasik... jogging pun slalu gak laaa.. tapi tak turun gak berat badan...

kena sabar...teruskan usaha tu
jgn terlalu conscious dgn berat badan tu
yg penting u dah amalkan gaya hidup sihat
exercise, control makan....lemak2 dalam badan tu makin kurang

aku dulu work out kat gym...4 bln bleh hilang 5kg je tapi ramai yg perasaan tentang perubahan...seluar dah makin longgar sampai terpaksa beli seluar baru. lgpun main objective aku exercise tu utk tone up badan disamping utk stamina

dulu wat atkins diet...


xdela atkins sgt, hanya xmakan nasi...

turn la 8 kg dalam 3 mggu...

pastu skrg naik balik 2kg, sbb x diet...
