There's hardly been a media Blackout for Britney Spears' next album, especially after many of the songs purportedly recorded for it leaked onto the Internet. Just two days ago, Britney's label, Jive, announced it was moving up the release date by two weeks, from November 13 to October 30, due to those leaks.

But as it turns out, few of those tracks are on Blackout

huhu...itu fan made punye.....anyway, can't wait this 30 Oct....Prediction said BLACKOUT will sales around 300K and debut #1 in US, which I think is great without any promotion from Brit...2nd week, BLACKOUT dipredict turun ke #2 (sales around 100K) coz Carrie Underwood akan release her 2nd album (sales around 500K)..

The Britney album is really really incredible. It's modern sounding and brilliantly produced but still absolutely pop. Most of the leaked tracks are different on the album, unheard tracks like 'Toy Soldier' are completely brilliant and hearing the whole lot in proper CD quality is a really exciting experience. It's a really clever album which sounds like a complete body of work and which sounds very 2008, with a subtle sense of humour and a really danceable edge throughout.

Cover art aside, this is the best album of Britney's career and one of the best pop albums of 2007. It's in the shops next week so will probably leak in the next few days.

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 12 (UPI) -- Pop star Britney Spears is scheduled to audition dancers in North Hollywood Friday for a possible concert tour and new video, said USmagazine.com.

Robert Baker, owner of Millennium Dance Studio, told the magazine the open-call auditions for male and female dancers are for a video for the second track on her new album, "Blackout," as well as a tour.

Asked how he knows she is planning a tour, Baker told USmagazine.com: "Britney's booked a considerable amount of space and time for the next couple of months, and, of course, we're honored and humbled that she's chosen us again.

"The tell-tale sign for us is her booking space -- it's her typical warm-up behavior for a tour. She's done it this way before all her tours. It's a big sign that she's getting back her focus after all these distractions. The focus is definitely coming back."

Despite all the unflattering stories about Spears lately, Baker insisted she is a "wonderful person and has the biggest heart out there."

"She's doing good and decent things that people in the public never see. This is what we see as Britney as a client. I think this (is) important to know."
