my twin keja company sweden..bahagia jer hidup dia..dr bln 2 wfh..aman2 jer..boss pun selalu bg mcm2 kt staff..balik pulak ontime..i kerja company cina..hazabedah..setiap hr balik kerja nngis..bygkan la bdk baru grad..kena dera mental & fizikal...setiap hr balik mlm..leader pula ank dara tua..

Alah 10 hari dek. Bukan 100 hari dek. Lagi pun banyak jah company swasta kat kl ni yg kerah pekerja kena kerja time public holiday tu dekkkk.... kenot say no wan sis. Itulah isu yang diketengahkan artikel ni dekkk.... masukkan bab negara mana paling banyak public holiday tak releven sister oiiii....

Kerja 3 hari,
Isnin sampai Rabu, 8 pagi sehingga 4 petang.

Walaupun boss asyik suruh kerja full time, tak ingin sama sekali..

Walaupun kerja tak stress, 10 minit dari rumah..

Sebab hari kerja sama waktu my daughter pergi playschool.

Plus winter boleh cuti 2 bulan dengan sebulan berbayar..

Masa muda2 okay je focus kerja dan self enrichment... buat financial planning... target early retirement by 40.. insyaAllah berbaloi je rasa kerja kuat tu.. yg penting plan laa betul2

Majority big company especially yg office staff mmg keje 40 hours per week or some less than that. Yg direct labor less than that per week & balance mmg dibayar OT. Yg jadi issue bila company2 kicap ni tak follow law & pekerja2 follow jer sbb nak ada income.

kat malaysia ni semua terpaksa ikut majikan..you all nak berenti? silakan..ada banyak org lain yg desperate nak jawatan tu..with even lower pay asalkan bekerja katanya

yelah..kat malaysia ni terlalu disogokkan sgt kebahagian tu dtg kalau semuanya lengkap..kereta mahal..rumah besar..nak tak nak kenalah kerja juga..nak berniaga..tak berapa pandai..so kerja jerla sampai AJM

meanwhile luar negara, mostly mcm tak kisah..ada yg dah kerja company besar2 annual gross salary probably more 6 angka..tp kalau depa rasa nak berhenti..depa berhenti..pegi jalan2 seluruh dunia ker

Itu company besar dik.  Kebanyakan B40 kerja company kecilan saja.  Jadi mereka ini jika kerja 40 hrs per week,  sudah tentu ada 2 hari lagi untuk ehat atau kerja part time.  Ada la income lagi.  Yang mana nak rehat tu rehat lah.  Ini company kerah kerja 6 hari seminggu.  Jika mahu OT buat pada hari yang sepatutnya rehat itu.  Jadi bila masa mahu rehat?

Aku keje mnc ni since 2006, company jepun & us, okay jer worklife balance. Since MCO masuk off smggu sehari 2, before this kalau ada night call, aku balik awal or masuk off lambat. Kalau kena travel visit off KL, boss suh plan jer time off etc. Ntah company apa la yg hangpa keja, duk ratib teruk nauuu. Compare dgn us, europe etc. Soalannya hngpa pernah betul2 review labour act depa ka? Kalau pnh meh share sini details sembang sorg2.

Sini AL paling2 8 hr, PH at least 17 hari, MC paling sikit 14 hr, compassionate leave 3-6 hr, yg tgh improve maternity leave. Cer total setahun berapa hari keja? Of cos slowly kita akan improve. Malaysia ni high growth country belum smpai tahap europe, us semua tu... sbb tu kita still byk peluang keja. Ingat sana punya peluang keja macam sini?

Akta Buruh 1955 maksudnye akta buruh ni dr sebelum merdeka tak pernah lg dipinda. I think mmg dh tak relevan la dgn zaman skrang.

My friend pernah je report pjbt buruh pasal isu company tak bayar epf, company kena denda tapi lepas tu dia kena buang kerja. Yang kene paksa cuti time cny tolak cuti tahunan, kalau cuti tak cukup kene potong gaji. Isu bonus bayar 3 kali ikut tahun semasa, kalau staf berenti tak dpt dah baki bonus tu. Kena ingat yg nk pertahan hak tu pun, buang masa tenaga jugak naik turun pejabat buruh.

entahlah..saya kurang pasti..tp selalu tgk kat internet..orang putih or caucasian ker depa berhenti kerja then travelling all over the world gitu..mungkin depa x kisah kot..maksudnya depa punya pemikiran mcm ala resign hari ni esok mesti dpt keja punya..sdgkan kita sini terbalik..kalau boleh janganlah kena buang kerja sbb  ak cari kerja tu bukan senang
