Cuba elak link-kan.
Petua asas (sbg contoh):
1. Savings / gaji bank rhb.
2. Loans bank: Maybank, Hong leong, bank rakyat.
3. Credit card Citibank.
4. Insurance separatekan bukan bank rhb.
Online Payments: never pakai debit card. Sentiasa pakai prepay top up mcm cash Kat 7e atau credit card. Potential loss max is credit card limit. Masih boleh makan berbanding bank account dilicinkan.
Loans jgn sekali2 sama dgn bank ACC gaji atau savings. There's always a fine print bank boleh amek duit savings utk bayar loan Tak dibayar (for whatever reason spt kene retrench).
Dan andaikata bank benkrap, cash savings guarantee limited to pidm limit tapi loan oblogation tetap sama.
So beringat sendiri. |

Dlu tutup sbb ade yg ckp tak syariah compliance.
Ni dh makin menjadi2 scammer dok wt keje so kene bukak balik.

Duitnow tu automatic kan. Hari tu dapat notice, alid2 dah active and I do nothing about it. Sekarang nak deactivate balik lah. If can't, baik tutup je akaun tu. Lagipun I guna untuk card credit je. Akaun adalah dalam 40 hengget. |

Sudah sampai masanya kita sebagai pengguna menyaman Bank kerana mempunyai sistem IT yang tidak selamat. Bank sewenang-wenangnya menyalahkan pelanggan padahal mereka yg cuai. Jangan serahkan bulat2 pada Bank yg lepas tangan........mulakan menyaman Bank atas dasar:
1. Sistem yg tidak selamat menyebabkan semua pelanggan terdedah pada risiko
2. Kenapa zaman dahulukala “ fraudulent wothdrawal” jarang2 berlaku. Kita sebagai depositor rasa selamat. Ada dual control...... satu buku simpanan yg kita simpan yg bakinya di initial olih pegawai bank....... dan satu skaun ledger disimpan olih Bank. Bila nak keluar duit.... pegawai Bank akan check amaun serupa tsu tidak.
P/s Pelanggan bayar sistem yg diguna olih Bank. Kalau sistem yg diguna tidak bolih jarap |

OK mulakan menyaman..,,,kurang2 RM10 million. Mungkin hakim bolih bagi RM 1 juta atas
1. Kehilangan wang tanpa persetujuan
2. Perasaan tertekan menyebabkan tidak bolih tidur 6 bulan
3. Dan penalti pengajaran bagi pihak Bank |

Just sharing, if you withdraw money via ATM and not succesful, but receipt keluar and money deducted - please call Bank's call center to report. Everyday, bank will check and reconcile money in ATM with transaction record. So if they have deducted your money (tho money did not dirburse out), when reconcile, they will be able to detect that and will be refunded back to you. This will take few working days, for the process.
If you complain by walk in to the branch, there's tendency it will be put at least priority (bukan tak buat but maybe later2) because TBH, depa sangat bz. So go to proper channel. If you call Call Center, it will be recorded properly and will be given case number. Branch/PIC will have to act on it. And ada SLA they will have to adhere to. Else, it will be flag and escalated. So mmg they will attend to it.
And PIDM dont deal with loss of funds in this manner. They deal when the bank or insurer have no capacity (senang cerita, takde duit or brankrupt) to fulfill their liabilities.
However, should you feel you have been treated unfairly by the Bank, macam kes2 yg u guys share tu, you may make an official report to BNM. This is after your report to the Bank is dipandang sepi. All Banks in Malaysia will have to answer for any report by consumer, directed to BNM. it can be, charges/fees that you did not agree or give consent, money hilanga nd no proper investigation etc etc. Again, this is officially recorded and will have to be responded within certain time. Ada SLA semua.
I think most important thing is to be aware and alert on what you can do and your right as consumer.
