A Horcrux is a "receptacle in which a Dark wizard has hidden a part of his soul for the purposes of attaining immortality." With part of a wizard's soul thus stored, the wizard becomes immortal so long as the Horcrux remains intact, typically hidden away in a safe location. If the wizard's body is destroyed, part of the soul remains preserved within the Horcrux. However, the destruction of the creator's body leaves the wizard or witch in a state of half-life, without corporeal form. A Horcrux can be made from any normal object, including living organisms. Destruction of the Horcrux destroys the fragment of soul contained within it, ending its protection, and returning the creator to a state of normal mortality, unless of course, the creator has more Horcruxes. This destruction requires the use of powerful magical means that damage the Horcrux so it can't mend itself, like basilisk's venom or cursed fire. If a wizard has created more than one Horcrux, he will remain immortal until they have all been destroyed. Without Horcruxes, the wizard will die normally if mortally wounded.
Lord Voldemort is the only wizard explicitly mentioned as having created a Horcrux (though others are known to have done so), and is the only wizard known to have created more than one.

aku tengok kan si cho ni macam free-rider sikit..mula2 dia couple ngan cedric (hensem + prefect + quiddicth capten). lepas tu cedric tak de dia gi kat harry. harry pun kira memang semestinya femes giler. then dia gi ngan michael connor. masa book 7 ni dah terhegeh nak kat harry balik.
tapi suka ngaok harry ngan ginny.. walaupun kira dia org dah tak couple tapi masing2 still jeles kalau ada org lain nak kacau line. contoh nya cam harry bgth krum yg ginny ada boyfriend masa kat wedding bill+fleur. lepas tu ginny suruh luna ikut harry gi common room ravenclaw padahal cho dah offer diri nak bawak harry. |

err aku ambik wombat exam tu..tiga-tiga paper aku ambik. aku dpt Exeed Expectation, Acceptable (paper last) ngan outstanding.
err pasal yg ron+hermione kiss tu kan..ntah lah kalau old2 film mesti ada bab2 tu nak2 tgh org kecoh2 perang. hermione ni jenis sensible jadi time dia kiss ron dia pikir it's now or never. ron+hermione sepanjang semua buku HP ni..dia org ni ada love+hate relationship. dia org gaduh sepanjang masa at the same time dia org care each other yg buat org lain pikir there's something there tapi dia org tak confirm2 lagi (declare as couple). contoh masa ron dtg balik ke khemah lepas dia lari keluar dulu..hermione ngan ron still tak de declare as couple walau harry nampak dia org ni mesra lain macam sikit. tak macam harry + ginny mula2 couple. |
